Abacha had over 1000 spiritualist camped in Aso rock but still got caught in a mysterious way.
Kushites:
Because you cannot be in such a powerful position of President of the Giant of Africa and not have our AFRICAN GODS behind you.

Tinubu BETTER have an IFA PRIEST in Aso Rock.

Ideally 10.

I understand they have a chapel and mosque in Aso Rock.

Those are not African traditions.

In OUR tradition, a leader is guided, philosophically, in part or in whole, by TRADITIONAL PRIESTS, who maintain KNOWN CONNECTION with the seen and unseen world, and can offer INSIGHTS not available to ordinary people.

If I were the President, there would be no mosque or church in Aso Rock.

There would be a Temple of African religion, filled with high priests of the first order.

Every swearing-in of public officials will be done with Opon Ifa or Ofo of the Igbos, or by some new national totem consecrated to the GODS.

When you break your oath and loot funds, the GODS will reset your head.

When you people are ready to move forward, you know what to do.

For now, keep praying to your colonial imported-with-guns-and-swords white and Arab 'saviours'.

Chief.Dr. Dennis Brutu Otuaro, a reknown Human and Environmental Right Activist was appointed as the Administrator, Presidential Amnesty Programme in March, 2024.
He holds a PhD in Comparative Politics & Development Studies; an MSc in Public Administration, and a BSc in Education.
He hails from Krutie community in Gbaramatu Kingdom, Warri South West, Delta State.

Dr. Otuaro had previously served as a top-level executive of the Niger Delta Development Commission (NDDC) with a surfeit of experience across multiple sectors, including infrastructure development, security, environmental remediation, as well as oil and gas.

The Niger Delta Amnesty Programme began as an off-shoot package of the presidential pardon granted to Niger Delta militants through a proclamation by then President Umaru Yar’Adua on 25 June 2009. The programme offered transformation training and skills acquisition opportunities for any militants who laid down their arms.

Dr Brutu Otuaro is a technocrat who is armed with the vision and mission to rewrite the ugly trajectory of the amnesty programme. He has a vision to depart from the norm, raise the stake, and write his name in the heart of the citizens of the Niger Delta region and this he has started doing.

Owing to my keen interest in the rehabilitation of Niger Delta Citizens, I have taken more than a passing interest in the entire scheme of the process ranging from selection of trainees, career selection and guidance and identification of the appropriate training suitable for the recipients. The process of networking with credible training institutes within and outside the country requires enormous dexterity and experience, and Dr.Otuaro has demonstrated that to the all objective minded watchers and observers of the programme..

In all modesty, Dr. Otuaro has turned around the fortunes of the programme such that even those who had earlier criticized the programme have seen the positive rebirth of it. Thus, heaping unlimited praises on him.

However, when asked about the secret of his success within a short space, Dr. Otuaro claimed that he wouldn't have achieved all these without the strong and unwavering support of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu and the NSA, Mallam Nuhu Ribadu. He clearly state that these two greatmen are the strongest pillars behind his success.

Chief Dr.Dennis Brutu Otuaro is a man that is religiously committed to the well being of the sons and daughters of Niger Delta. He is empowering the youths of Niger Delta through various human development programmes. This programmes have yielded robust positive results in the lives of these youths. All these achievements are attained with this short period in office. We the youths of Niger Delta are solidly behind you. Keep the flag flying higher.
