There is DEFINITELY a charge. The diverted line will be charged for all calls that get diverted. The rate will be whatever it costs the diverted line to call the line diverted to. So, if you divert your MTN line to your GLO line, any someone calls your MTN line (rings on your GLO line of course) and you talk for 10 minutes, your MTN line will be deducted the cost of a 10 minute call to the GLO line. Divert will not even work unless there is credit on the line being diverted. And once the credit is exhausted, the line ceased being diverted to the other line. It may just go to VM in this case, or the caller gets a busy tone or so.

Think about it, if there were no charge then, everyone will be doing it.

For the past five days, I ve not been able to browse up to 20mins at a stretch. Its either it connect and within 10mins it will disconnect or its not connecting at all! It keeps wasting my battery and time!

I'v been trying to connect to d net from my glo mobile via opera mini since yesterday but its not going. I hav 80MB left on my data subscription. Configuration is "glo direct". I'm wondering if glo has blocked opera mini like mtn did. My location is kwale, delta state.

change your acess point to gloflat, user name and password to flat. No ip and port. Its only if your using always micro package.

Even at that price, its very very expensive! Infact they should make it either 1k or 1k5 a month.

Yes ! I finally got it. I put gloflat as my apn, flat as username, and flat again and password and wala. You don't need to put proxy i.e. Putting ip or post no.

Good to know that you too have joined the league of alwayz micro! I made the mistake of inserting their ip and port numberz. The worst is that if you call their customer care, they will always tell you that it's not possible to enjoy it on phone.

@ChriaNnatu, may be you will try sending "activate to 127" lets see how it goes! or you can send 13 to 127

@chriaNnatu, if ur still have problem with urs, just to where u have ip&port numbers and delete them both. Once u do it with APN to gloflat, username&pw to flat, then ur good to go. I ve been able to resolve mine.
