Saifullah01: I agree with you but let's not go the way of the last administration through impulsive or reactionary action. Rather we need strategic and preemptive measures. Never mind the initial gra gra of BH. This administration plans to go after not only the stem (foot soldiers) but also their root (sponsors). That's why u see the desperation on the part of BH .
If u hav 10mins to chop down a tree spending 7 mins sharpening ur axe isn't a waste!
This is human lives we are talking about here and you are talking about sharpening ur axe with 7mins. We need action now abi you want make people die finish before the insurgent is stemmed
What is really happening recently in this country?....No news of killing of any Boko haram member but bombing of innocent and harmless civilians...too bad.
Nobody is blaming GEJ again about reducing Northern population to get more votes. May God forgive my colleague that convinced me to support this our new president.
I have some questions bordering my mind for some days now:
1. where are those that said that GEJ was behind boko haram as a means to decimate northern population ahead of 2015 election. The bombing has continued even after the election...so
2. Where are those that said that PDP is behind boko haram? Now that a new party has taken over, why do we still have incessant bombing?
3. Why has Lai Mohammed suddenly gone dumb about his usual comments and condemnation
4. Why has our new president remained silent while those that voted massively for him in Borno are slaughtered everyday. Remember he got 473,543 votes out of 501,920 valid votes cast in Borno.
5. Why is it that the military has not launched any offensive on boko haram since inception of the new president making it look as if Boko haram is winning the war?
CecyAdrian: Positions rightly placed or appointed will affect the common man my dear. That's the base and most important thing.
Look deep, its more of their pockets and personal interest. #thatsall....Which political office holder have the common man in mind to the extent of fighting for him in the public? Not in Nigeria dear.
CecyAdrian: Exactly!. People are seeing it @ d shallow level. Looking deep. This is a really good thing. Let them disagree to agree. Lawmakers Fighting is not a new thing. Lawmakers fight all over the world. And the reason 4 the fight is not that bad.
If they were fighting for the good of the common man on the street, I would have somehow agreed with you but what exactly were they fighting for?...positions and their pockets...Look deep
Lawmakers fight all over the world according to you but must we copy only the bad things happening "all over the world"? If we must copy, then lets copy the following: good road network, working modern rail system, constant power supply, working health care system, quality educational system etc
The girls are identified as Maria Falolu, 14, Jelila Abbass, 15 and Adijat Seidu, 16.....Una see ur life? Your mates in Anambra will represent Nigeria in Singapore for a debate, you are here painting us black. Where is that my cane...
lalasticlala take this to front nah...this is good news to encourage the young students to be focus in their studies abi I lie? Meanwhile congrats to the brilliant students...wish you all the best
franchizy: why cant the FG grant boko haram amnesty and compensate them with cash then appologize to the Northern elders forum. i still dont believe bokovharam are muslims because islam is a religion of peace. i suspect the igbos are this boko haram and are faking themselves because the igbo have the highest population in the North. RIP to the dead
So they did not scold him for risking his life trekking such long distance? I blame poverty and idleness sha if not let the children of the so called politicians do such trekking...

Jonathan removed other tribes from head of parastatals and put Igbos there but that would be addressed now. Bureau of statistics was filled up with Igbos.
Even the Hausas/Fulanis in military have never done this above show of shame and pure tribalism. And Igbos were quiet all through that administration cos others were marginalised.
Firefire: I’ll make Naira equal in value to dollar, says Buhari
Owerri – The All Progressives Congress (APC) presidential candidate, Gen. Muhammadu Buhari, on Monday said he would ensure that the Naira was equal to the dollar in value, if voted into office. Buhari stated this during the South-East presidential rally of the party at Dan Anyima Stadium, Owerri. “It is sad that the value of the naira has dropped to more than N230 to one dollar; this does not speak well for the nation’s economy,’’ he said. He urged the people to vote for APC, noting that he would ensure that corruption was tackled headlong if elected. Earlier, Gov Rochas Okorocha had urged APC supporters to vote for the party’s candidates at all levels, noting that a vote for Buhari without support to others at the state would amount to nothing. Okorocha said Buhari would address the problem of electricity, bring back the kidnapped Chibok girls and promote industrial growth. He said that Buhari was loved by the people in the region and urged them to elect him and other APC candidates during the March 28 and April 11 general elections. Former governor of Anambra, Mr Chinwoke Mbadinuju and former Minister of Education, Chinwe Obaji, were formally welcomed to the APC at the rally. The rally was attended by APC supporters from Abia, Ebonyi, Anambra, Enugu and Imo. (NAN) -

The same way you spent all your time attacking Goodluck before election. Now you have become minister of special adviser to Nairalanders on Buhari issues. You see your life....
I hope it will not be 'used and dumped thing'. Give them job afterwards so that they will stop begging on the streets and constituting nuisance to the society. As for the almajiris, Una see una life? How have your leaders better your lives? Common sense is not common.
