I was asked to check the remaining units in our prepaid meter.was asked to press 009 and enter. I can remember pressing 009 but I can't remember anything again but d long and short of everything is that our light is off. please help

I was diagnosed of having PCOS.
am not married yet and can't just stand staying long in marriage without conception.
