I am glad you are quoting the bible.    That is an awesome attribute for a Christ[/b]ian.  It is showing the authority that we possess.  I am so glad that [b]Jesus Christ was the lamb that was slain for our sin.  I feel so blessed that Our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ paid the price for Our sin on the cross.  We as [b]Christ[/b]ians need to continue to encourage each other.

I was reading a book that had a subject similar to this topic.   Thank you Jesus for allowing me to read it to pass and not only share the knowledge from this book but to share my opinion but more so the revelation I received in this subject matter. 

I have a BIG problem with sexual relations to secure your position or to seek a promotion.  Doing something like this is what I would like to call "Corporate Day Prostitution".  I am saying this because of the true definition of prostitution.

Prostitution is defined as

Selling one's abilities, talent, or name for an unworthy purpose.

Given the defintion I wanted to also give the definition of unworthy:

Unworthy is defined as

Insufficient in worth; undeserving: a bad plan unworthy of our consideration. Lacking value or merit; worthless. Not suiting or befitting;Vile; despicable.

Purposed is defined as

A result or effect that is intended or desired; an intention.

Based on all of these definitions, it shows:

Someone who sleeps with their boss by selling their talents, abilities and name for an unworthy, disgusting, desire or intention to degrade themselves in many areas. 

I can break it down further if need be.  Just holla at your girl and I will let you know.  The Lord Jesus allowed me to do an intense study on all of this.

I first want to tell you that I know where you are coming from.  I have been at the place where I could not stand being around the "Holy rollers" and those with the doctrine (supposed mindset) of "you better turn before you burn" or "you are not right so if Jesus comes back while you sin you will be left behind.  I want to encourage you.  I was approached some years ago by someone saying to me "Chan when are you going to get saved and go to church"?  Well, my response to them was "God knows my heart and he is going to guide me back to church when it is his time".  Well all of those things were a set up for me.  The Lord had to take me through my Damascus Road experience in order to bring me where I am now.  Iah I want you to look at the last statement you wrote,  You said

I just want to follow Jesus.

Do you know that by following Jesus you are being commissioned to go and spread the Gospel or Good News of Jesus Christ.  If you look through any of the Gospels (Matthew, Mark, Luke & John) notice how Jesus tells them to pick up there cross and follow him.  By following him we go into places that are not comfortable.  We are called to follow the legacy Jesus left.  This legacy is stated in Luke 4:18-19

To follow is defined as:

To go after in or as if in pursuit; To move along the course of; take

I am not saying all of this to you in a discouraing way.  As a Sister in Christ I want you to know the Truth (which is Jesus Christ) and the Truth will and shall make you free.  That is why Jesus Christ is our Saviour because he came as a sacrifice to make us free the law of sin and death. 

I just want to leave one thing of encouragement for you.  Remember that Jesus came to Justify us.  Justify means "Just if I never sinned".

Oh yes they did Seun! I have enjoyed various sports but football more specifically since Joe Gibbs returned as head coach. Vexxy and I had an opportunity to attend a prayer breakfast he spoke at.

WOW    I do not even know where to start.  First I have to say that I am totally against Female Circumcision.   I first heard about it in more than 10 years ago.  I know it is a practice to prevent young females from not only being promiscuous but also to make sure that they are "saved" until they are married.  The reason why Male circumcisions are done is to remove the foreskin of the male penis to help prevent infections which would happen if the male is uncircumcised.  Please someone give me an excuse (or supposed reason) why females are being mutilated in such a manner to try to oppress who they are.  We are created equal to complete each other.  The Male is the Head of the Household however, that does not mean that he is master and we are slaves.  This shows so much inequality that it is ridiculous.  I know there going to be those who feel that women are this and that but I know in my heart that men and women complete themselves not rule and control over one another.  If that were the case then why are there Kings & Queens, Princes & Princesses. Mothers & Fathers.  Break it down to me if I am wrong.  I am not one of these "I don't need a man I can do bad all bad by myself type of women".  

Some things I want to point out about male, female and being circumcised/uncircumcised:

Genesis 1

Romans 4:10-12

11And he received the sign of circumcision , a seal (ownership and sign of protection) of the righteousness (being in right standing with Jesus Christ) of the faith which he had yet being uncircumcised (not being separated): that he might be the father of all them that believe, though they be not circumcised; that righteousness (being in right standing with Jesus Christ) might be imputed unto them also:

12And the father of circumcision to them who are not of the circumcision only, but who also walk in the steps of that faith of our father Abraham, which he had being yet uncircumcised (not being separated).

There can be an instance where a man can be raped by a woman.  I know after talking to male friends, their response is usually along the lines of "No woman can rape a man unless she is butt ugly and tries to seduce me in such a way where I do not want to give in".  Just to keep it on to real, when a man has an erection blood leaves his brain and his legs so it shows if a woman is trying to rape a man she could use that to render that man as being helpless.  Just some info!

I used to be classified as being "Single and Lonely".  This has recently changed for me.  For the as long as I could remember I often suffered from being alone but it took the agape love of my Lord and Savior Jesus Christ to change that.  I am in perfect peace with being single until the time comes when the Lord blesses me with the husband he has for me.  I want to encourage every single man and woman that during the time of being single to focus on things that will not only equip but prepare you for your future and possibly your marriage.  Once you change your focus off of seeking to get married and focus on doing things for yourself and taking care of other things you will see you will not be worrying like you have before.

There are men out here who are very mature for their ages and vice versa. It depends on the character and intergrity of them.
