Getting a job after service has proved futile. Infact, i have exhausted my meagre NYSC savings during job hunting.
The only option left now is to venture into business to cater for my immediate needs and save up money for my M.Sc programme pending when i land that dream job.
During my NYSC days, i took a 6month intensive course in Agro allied ventures (poultry, snailery and fishfarming). so i have decided to venture into snailery because it is less capital intensive, cost effective, less time consuming, have very low mortality rate (at most 5%) and they give birth to young ones prolifically.
i also have an experience in the sales of 1st grade O.K. shirts.

But my major bane is getting capital to kick start these businesses. i have been to various microfinance banks (LAPO inclusive) to get loan, but they only grant loan to people who already have an established business or tangible collateral. I have also tried sourcing for soft loan too all to no avail.

I will be very glad if a kind hearted Nigerian out there helps me out with this loan. i can provide a guarantor who is currently serving with the NYSC. i will be servicing the loan on a monthly basis with an interest rate we will both agree on.
