BlackBerry announced their messaging service, BBM, would be coming to Android and iOS in the summer. This came as BlackBerry started to think about other options, including the possible sale of the company and assets.
Since the announcement, there has been no release date from BlackBerry and it has got to the point developers are adding fake apps to keep the bubbling community excited. BBM may be ancient in some eyes, but to others it is still the superior messaging service.
According to a Canadian executive at BlackBerry, the app can be expected on both Android and iOS at the end of next month with stocks of new messaging features to compete with popular apps like Facebook Messenger and WhatsApp.
This comes just a few days after BlackBerry set up a landing page for BBM enthusiasts, to sign-up for quick email alerts. The landing page also revealed BlackBerry intentions had changed, from making this a simple cross-platform IM client to a fully-fledge messaging service on Android and iOS.
With the recent movements in BlackBerry, including a possible spin-off subsidiary of BBM, it is clear why the company is now focusing on the two largest platforms. Google has done this for quite some time and it has made them a ton of advertising dollars and usage points.
If BlackBerry wants to stay relevant, this may be the way to go about it. BBM is still a popular service for BlackBerry users and we believe many will want to try it out if it hits Android and iOS. We believe BlackBerry’s goal is to make BBM a success and possibly sell it off.

PDP will not fall like a bunch of cards like d post suggested. It's just power play we are witnessing. Moreover, the newly formed APC isn't quite ready to wrestle the power away from PDP. They are still learning to walk.

No sensible Governor will cross the carpet to another party knowing fully well its digging their own graves. It's a known truth that its the party that wins an election in Nigeria not an individual (Supreme Court ruling that ushered in Rotimi Ameche as Governor of Rivers State) therefore all the theatres about forming a new PDP is a ruse. The bold move would have been to decamping which they cannot do else PDP would have ensured their offices are declared vacant within a month by the courts. Long live Nigeria.

May we not experience such ugly incident again in this nation. May the souls of the departed rest in peace.

Brawl rocks parliament over referendum on fourth nuclear power station on earthquake-prone island.Taiwan's politicians have punched each other and wrestled in a parliamentary brawl over a controversial bill on a nuclear power plant.
Dozens of politicians from opposing camps clashed on Friday, as they tried to seize the chamber's podium, splashing water from cups and plastic bottles at each other.
Some shouted: "Support for Nuke 4 harms children", in reference to the name of the country's new, nearly complete nuclear power station, near Taipei.
Two men from opposing parties were locked in a brawl and fell on to the floor while scuffling before they were pulled apart by others in footage broadcast live on television.
The parliament was scheduled to vote on Friday on whether to hold a referendum on whether to finish building the fourth nuclear plant of the densely populated island of 23 million people.
Nuclear power has long been a contentious issue in earthquake-troubled Taiwan and became more so following the Fukushima nuclear disaster in Japan in 2011.

In as much as I respect the ICC and believe in what they stand for, I believe they are selective in the cases they prosecute and look the other way when some countries commit grievous offences. I would have been more open to ICC if its a neutral platform.

The Federal Government have some cool moves. We are to applaud such moves not condemn the government. Such antitrust in government have eaten deep into us that we are blinded by laudable decisions of the federal government.

The killing of a fellow human is bad needless to say the slaughtering of a priest is a highly condemnable act. May the arms of the law catch up with the workers of such evil acts.

Traveling at night is a risk not worth taking. So I strongly suggest travel during d day.
