AR means application received. It’s mainly for paper based applications. AOR is acknowledgement of receipt, this is what you get after submitting your Pr application online. I think bio means biometrics

In the US, most universities will admit you into their Ph.D program with a bachelors degree if you had a high cgpa. WES usually evaluate the Nigerian HND as the equivalent of the US bachelors degree, so if your WES evaluation comes with a 3.2/4.0 gpa, you should be good to go.

After I got admission from the school with admission letter and tuition, I got scared cos the COA has increased from 50k I saw to seventy sth or maybe I didn't get their tuition right when applying but they gave me scholarship of 8k. I applied to 2 other scholarships but was not given. Then I was told to pay 1k enrollment and tuition deposit before my I20 can be sent. I was confused like deposit ke and visa is not guaranteed, was confused but I later did.
