What u simply did was to adjust your time settings then send your self an email so it will reflect the set date. It is very easy to bypass gmail's date restriction na. For example, I just quickly created a new monika some minutes ago but i backdated the email to 10am this morning. See attached

So we can rightly say that sharing very fine details of the interview is wrong, but can reading them or coming here to source them out be regarded as cheating, willfully trying to gain undue advantage? just left an nnpc retirees house...he connected me to someone on d panel!!..said they left d towers around 12 midnight yestday!!..9000 people were invited and 1000 to b employed!!..from d gate you will b directed by security to a section depending on d info on your letter!!..according to a GM some of those invited didn't really do well in d test and some who did really well were not invited!!

But since graduate trainee is the same as entry level (Customer service and Teller), let me just move to the next one

Graduate trainee is the grade level an entry level BSc holder starts from. Irrespective of the role.

Hello sir, thanks 4 ur comment. sir some of us here have applied online but haven't gotten invited 4 d aptitude test. I know it's not cos we studied courses that r not financial related. maybe we did sth wrng in our application. but I posted all required doc. probably cause I used my bvn instead of my ID in filling d personal detail and also my docs where in txt rather than PDF. I don't know if dat y dey haven't yet invited me 4 d aptitude test.

Just exercise some patience, it might take sometime but you will be invited for a test, it's usually in batches, places like Lagos you know there will be tons of applications and this process has been ongoing for a while, in the mean time check if you have actually submitted your application. You can also walk into the branch closest to you and drop your CV.

Try to contact the HR person who handled your initial aptitude test screening if you can, they should be able to help you deal with these issues. Or call the number for enquiries in the Aptitude test text invite you received.

I got a mail this morning with a link for psychometric text and also a link for video chat.

For the psychometric test, it's just like sjt or normal personality tests, they cite scenarios and you get options on what you think is the best way to deal with the situation or what you think about a scenario and then you also get to answer questions about yourself. Long and short it's just a personality test, there's no reading for it, just have a good sense of morals and ethics.

The video chat or dropque interview is like an on-demand video interview, u sign up, the system throws questions at you and you record and send for each question, finally you upload Ur CV and you are done. Just get a system with a webcam, headphones and a quiet environment. You can preview and re-do the videos if you are not satisfied with what you recorded. No pressure, just be yourself and express yourself clearly.

Please who has done UBA Interview before, help us newbies please. Any engineering graduate to have been invited to banking school in the house or do you know of any? Please tell because these HR guys seem to be discriminating non-finance related courses.

There is no discrimination in UBA. When you get to banking school, if you guys are 50 don't be surprised to see only 5 candidates who studied finance related courses. For your interview you'd most likely be asked basic interview questions, questions about your personality, maybe questions about integrity and mostly questions only you can answer based on your personality and other questions will result from your previous answers, questions based on your CV etc., it's a straightforward thing, don't go there thinking anyone is out to get you, UBA recruiters are one of the best and most friendly you will encounter, I know this and you will testify same after your interview. Just be yourself and prepare for your interview, there is no discrimination whatsoever in UBA
