Why do record label bosses invest more in pulling their old workers who left the label down in the same energy they used in promoting them?

Examples... Mohbad, Wande... Etc.


Same thing in the comedy field! If you don't use any of the popular comedians to rise, they will ensure you never meet a big show!

Same thing some Anambra bosses do to their boi-boi who's served them for several years! Some would just accuse you of theft months to settlement because they cannot register the fact you are about to grow! A relative of mine experienced this from a very popular Anambra celebrity!
