First, you cannot be sent to prison or kirikiri when you commit a civil wrong. And from your story, it hasn't reached the contempt of the court stage since you claimed it was still being heard.

It is cheaper to make our local refineries functional than export and importing... but your leaders prefer the latter which is more expensive...of course, for ulterior motives.
