God in a Physical form. YOU! The Mind that you walk with is very OLD, It is ancient. The Body that carried that Mind ascended, it died literally, It Produces A new body through A union of a Man and a Woman; Then A new born baby with that same ancient Mind. Our Minds are divided into two compartments
1) The conscious mind, this is the part of the mind you use now, personally. You use less than 1% of it.

2)The Unconscious mind, This is the mind of God and all of those who have replaced Him since the beginning. It is now your turn, You are the physical eye and body for all of Those Ancestors and God on this planet and solar system as a whole.

Your purpose is to make that you little 1% mind to become ONE with the Mind of God in you. Jesus became one with God. It is not a magic and miracle, It is pure mathematics. Once you are now one with God, then all doors of all the worlds begin to open to you one by one while you still physically live.

A certain Man and/or Woman many eons ago created all that you now enjoy, the universe, suns/stars, planets and their moons, made animals, plants, foods, rivers, lake, springs, oceans etc. Then God made man.
God made all these magnificent things and He in all His/Her powers decided not to partake in its activities. What kind of an entity would do that? That is against nature.

When a man builds a house, he would stay or live in it till he passes it to another generation, when a bird nit its nest, it is for the bird to stay in, when a crocodile digs a hole, it is to keep its egg save and warm. Why then do people think God created heaven and earth, and He won't exercise His/Her right in it? Thus we attribute "Spirit" to His/Her person. Anybody that does this kind of thinking is a thief, a liar and a naturally wicked somebody.

Spirit in scientific word means Mind. Mind or Spirit can never (let me repeat it, can never) exist without a physical body. Thus God is a Man and Woman and they walk amongst physically alive everyday.

There is such a thing as duty, responsibility, morality all the these things are ideas, inbedded in cultures, and religion that are worthy of emulation. I'm not a blind follower of any ideology.

I don't believe in indoctrination of children. When they are grown enough, they free to choose whatever they want to believe in but I will make sure they are exposed to all current findings in science. Morality will be conscientious, I won't threaten them with "hell fire", or damnation like religionists do.

You should read more, you'll know how the suns were formed. And you'll learn that there are trillions of suns out there.

Just research on these subjects. Don't keep a closed mind. The world is out there, you can verify every claim yourself.

The sun isn't the source of energy. If you study the history of science, you'll realize closed minds have caused more harm than good.

If there is a God you shouldn't be the one to defend him. Afterall is he not God?

Like I said earlier, look up the meaning meaning God, independent of your religious manuals.

True, We keep recalling the wrongs that we've done, and the good/righteous deeds are kept in some corners within our minds which we forget easily. The reason why we keep remembering the unrighteous or wrong deeds is-
1) Guilt. This is a very powerful emotion, It can eat a person away painfully. Now of what good is confessing the sins or forgiving ourselves or people forgiving us? You can't forget it, never!

2) It is to reminds us to make amends, until we make amends, no rest.

So the only way is to really reflect and understand why we did those wrong deeds in the first place. And that can take you many years back, real rabbit hole deep.

Study of emotions is a big science within the African system of education.
