Hello sooperrescue, pls i need ur advice,
i drive a ford explorer 02/03 model i am having issues with the overdrive as the gear finds it difficult to shift into the overdrive gear.

i have changed the gear oil (though the mechanic guy used abro) twice now but the problem still exists.

pls what do i do next?

I believe strongly that there is a lot out there in the universe than just us here on earth.

I believe UFOs exist, if u take out time to gaze at the sky at night u will notice alot of activities are going on there like dashing stars etc

Recently i have been having these weird dreams of some people/creatures/aliens visiting, or spying on the earth with some very strange gigantic air crafts which i believe could be aliens....
i have had these dreams more than twice now

i believe the more we explore the closer we are to new discoverie of the world unknown

congratulations to you bro but the truth is you didn't get that job with your 3rd class certificate, your uncle got you the job.

you can get a job with 3rd class certificate but it is like a Carmel passing through the eye of a needle.

people should be putting put complete stories not incomplete ones that will give job seekers sleepless night. cos we know it is not as easy as you wrote it.

Let me come out straight, I also have a 3rd class, i am presently on my 4th job now since i graduated from uni over 7years ago
In the last 1yr i have changed jobs twice and i earn well over a 100k and just so u will know no one influenced my recruitment for me neither do i know anyone where i work presently. (The only person i know is GOD)

What matters most is your skills, experience, the way you package yourself, your knowledge base and most of all the grace and favour of GOD over your life..

its amazing when u hear people lamenting about how hard it is to get a job, but when u even see the CV or of a 2.1 or 2.2 student u will feel like ripping it into pieces or what about an engineering or science student that cant fix a bulb or change engine oil of a Gen?

Your uncle used his position to put you there and in so doing denied others who may have outperform you had the recruitment been subjected to transparent process.
