The last time i had issues with the police over by car colour, I insisted on us going to court to decide it, as the police doesn't have the powers to pass judgement and apportion punishment

It's the court's responsibility to conclude that the colour of my car is different from that on the papers, not the police's and i made it clear to them.

I don't usually change my filter unless there's need for that, I can use my oil filter for more 5 years without changing it unless the engine had serious issue or water that enters the engine.

Changing oil filter is mostly a scam.
