Most of them dont make it to their choice destinations. They either end up in a wrong location, they could get thrown over board, they could get sea sick and die, they could get eaten by by sharks, they could drown, they could starve to death,or dehydration, the propeller could crush them to death, rough waves can sweep them away.
So why would any right thinking human being leave the known and venture into such a very risky expedition for an end result that's still unknown?

If they can embark on such a deadly/risky journey that can cost them their lives, with no guarantee of even getting to their choice destination, then why not be courageous enough stay back and find something meaningful doing? They call Nigeria a sh*thole country, yet u leave that shit hole and venture through hell for days on the ocean and your end is not even guaranteed!!!!
People still fail to understand that life abroad is not a bed of roses, people go through hell there too. IF U WANT TO JAPA, DO IT RIGHT LIKE A HUMAN BEING NOT LIKE A HOPELESS RAT!!!

I'm serioulsy looking to buy my first car in 2024 and after much consideration, I would like to go for the Acura MDX between models from 2010-2013. As much as I would not like something too old, I excluded the 2014 seeing that its a style change and totally above my budget, budget being 6m to 7.5m for tokunbo ( based on prices seen on Jiji. ng)

I initially thought of the Camry 2012 or Accord 2013 but seeing that their price range from 7m+, I figured I might just do an SUV instead. Didnt look the way of the CR-V earlier models because of that gear placement that seems like that of a truck (no vex dear CRV owners 🙏🏼) and the RAV-4 is way too expensive for any model that is less than 12 years old.

Going through the forum, I see most people mention that since the MDX is a luxury car so parts are scarce and slightly pricey and that the fuel economy isn't that good. For context, I would mostly be driving this to the gym, church and the occasional weekend outing.

Looking for honest reviews of this car model and even from owners of earlier models.

For a first timer an Acura v6 engine is not advisable with fuel @N600/litre
Also your budget of 7m just cant/wont cut it.
Its advisable u stick to an 06/07 rav4 or crv or buy a sharp toks camry or accord 2010model and have peace.
When buying a car its not just your ability to fuel the car and fuel consumption u consider, u also have to consider the general cost of maintaining the car in the long run.
An Acura mdx is a nice solid car buy not cheap to maintain if u know what i mean

The camry V6 is damn fast. With a 2007/8, quarter mile will be accomplished at mid 14secs or less. Same as the accord and the G35. But the G is RWD so i guess it'll be the best handler among these

How do u even bring or Toyota or Honda into this Equation Infiniti is not in the same class with these young Japs( Toyota/Honda).
For starters, the infiniti generates more Hp/Torque so how would they even match up?
When u drive the fx35 or 45 u will understand say power pass power!!!

Exactly!! Our minimum wage is very poor compared to theirs, however i am still of the opinion that our rent here is very very cheap compared to theirs. Here we pay per annum, they pay per month and trust me its not cheap. Imagine someone paying $500, or £500 on rent alone per month thats excluding, water bills, electricity, internet, insurance etc.. All monthly.

Rent for Naija cheap sef. For Gh, room and parlor self contained. Lowest na 400k.

People still dont realize that rent in Nigeria is still one of the cheapest. Check other African countries sef not to talk of Europe, Nortg America or other advanced places.

Yes he already stated that it has engine problem, so he most likely is selling just the body which looks very clean. Any serious buyer can negotiate downwards, buy the body and fix a new engine. Shikena!!!
