could not find the most recent list of permanent residents who arrived Canada. UK and USA are always on the top 10 list. And yes everyone is required to have IELTS to be able to create an account to apply if not you can’t register.

Great job, it is quite discriminatory to ask me to write an English test as if I speak Spanish. Someone who speaks French, German, Spanish etc will write an English test to test their proficiency yet me that have been speaking English since primary school will still write same test.

But of course, our government does not care because it will not bring a penny to their pockets.

That is even good. If you pass the exam, after 2years the result expires. You will now need to write another IELTS to prove that you can speak English. As far as they are concerned, your ability to speak English only lasts for 2years
