can you pls explain how the coastal highway will accomplish this? are these activities not presently happening? are there no roads that presently link or provide connectivity? pls what is the state of those roads?

Even private varsities will be sited there.
Also be in the know that foreigners prefer doing business and living in coastal cities.
Also, access to sea guarantees higher safety in times of crisis than being stranded in the hinterland.
