Back to topic, quite unfortunate RIP to the death. As per the state of insecurity, I can't single out any state since according to our constitution we have a central security body run by the federal government and judging by their performance from time immemorial, there is no "safe" as in "safe" state in Nigeria. As long as security still lies entirely in the hands of Nigerian Police, I find it difficult to buy the argument that they are probably doing a good job in one state and not living up to the bill in the other states. I personally will start judging the security situation in each state independently if and only if when they allow state police only then can they have independent appraisal until then, Nigeria is just an unsafe place (it breaks my heart to say that)

Am not surprised coz Enugu guys are notorious for abusing their women. You ll never find such in Anambra. I ll never marry anything from Enugu whether rich or poor. No matter how long you subject them to heat, they are still viable and likely to cause food poisoning. Refrigeration on the other hand,do not kill microorganisms. It only reduces/ slow down multiplication and metabolism. I.e it prevents further decay but does not eliminate the organism.

Some tenants can be naughty . One of my mom's tenants is troublesome. My mom made her the caretaker. It got to the extent that she refused to pay coz my mom loved her. she's a widow and has kids (all grown).my mom took care of her. Food, phones name it. She challenges my mom and causes trouble . Lesson: it is easier to pity a tenant and be nice especially when they lose their jobs or widowed but the pay backs are something else. My mom's golden rule; pay ya rent and keep your flat neat. And from experience, newly married couple , old people and civil servant are the best tenant one can have +a good lawyer .They are just good.

...... The other side of the coin. A man has ego. Any man who derives joy collecting money without providing for his lady is LAZY . when a woman is financially independent, the power shifts from the man to the woman becoz he can't meet her need . She's not feeling the man he said he is. she's doing everything for herself, why won't she take decisions.. She's her own man. Be careful of what you guys ask for..........

I love nos 1,7 and 9. It gives me joy when i have to purchase things without. Any silly small boy or anyone harassing me o. There's joy when you have your money. You feel confident,motivated and not scared or moved by material things or to sleep with men for money coz you know you can afford to have them if you want .

The passion to study in UNN + my father's warning made me sit for my first jamb and got admitted same year. @op I didn't spend a year at home.

I love challenges all thanks to my choleric nature and I love to work. And keep things in order. I hate laziness or someone panicking when we ve got solutions. physically I love my skin ,complexion,legs,neck and eyes.
