Is it still free for cracked screen issue at Carl care? Pls fast response

I just noticed my camera picture viewer is always blurred and the pictures come out the same way.i have tried all settings plus default settings but nothing.the viewer and the pictures have been ok till i check it out today.i don't normally make use of the camera so I know I didn't tamper with any settings of which the settings is no big deal

Yeah its true those fones screen will crack when dere is direct impact or pressure on the screen but they still function.but the screen of the infinix with unexplainable incidents and minor cracks renders the screen useless

I have dropped my fone with carlcare to collect on Friday.cost me 5800 to replace the screen they will be working on sim1 for no charge though. so for a corning gorilla glass screen to have just a thin crack across the top part of the fone which is only very visible when looked from an angle and with no recollection of direct impact or pressure from any where is a very very very poor development. So for u guys that don't have a pouch yet try and get one as soon as possible the ones with padding if necessary,cos this one na Corning chicken glass!!! For any body with infinix zero issues,we are treated as VIP customers at carlcare opebi, instant access to the VIP customer care lounge no need to fill a form or take a number and wait with the rest of the crowd(some kind of compensation i believe)

just noticed my screen is cracked and touch screen not working i still can't explain how it came about cos I know I didn't drop it.just came down after a bumpy ride and noticed it.hope carlcare can work on it though

haha,talking about biz been there done that and certified and I have improved because i listened to critics especially those behind my back.you still don't get anything if brands like Samsung,Apple etc have this much complaint from the market whether its 100k or 10k they will stop sales immediately and go back to the drawing board cos everything is about the end user.But i understand ur pain i had to read all your posts to analyse u.I saw how violent,impatient and hysterical u were when u orderd and u couldn't get urs.u had to get yours from a micro station with a crowd of 30.u also fell in love with the gold version that u almost fainted(ur quote) and your excitement when u finally got it so we can see u have tied urself so emotionally to this device that u attack anybody with bad reviews about this device.Apart from that from ur posts the farting gesture and drinking kunu gesture when in a conversion shows that u are that arrogant spoilt type child always wants his own way.And im not complaining because of the phone,it's because people don't believe they should get 100% for services paid for.why settle for less.You don't have to stop to pick up crumbs on the way to a banquet.But its not your fault its the environment u are limited to.They advertised a flawless phone and we bought it are we not entitled to shout out.U talk like u know everything when deep down u still have a lot to learn.So young man if u like insult or don't listen.I know ur type

truth be told broda the fone has a good design and from the specs on paper its solid and the battery is manageable. but my device just developed faults after 2 days of usage sim 1 not detecting and when I turn the phone on sometimes it goes into test mode those are my own experiences u can also see other peoples experiences.u might just be lucky to get a flawless one like some people have.u can get an innjoo i2 for 19,995 from jumia its a 5" HD screen 1.4ghz octa-core,8gb internal 1gb ram,5mp AF dual flash, 2mp front camera,190O mah battery,dual sim mini.it is made by a Chinese company in Dubai. the infinix has better specs than this but my wife has not had one complaint since she started using it,just battery life

I have used the fone mind u.have your own opinion don't hate on mine.I can see most of u here are just gullible and ignorant .gudnyte people enjoy ur device.this was supposed to be a discussion thread the good and the bad sides but it is clear some people can't seem to see beyond their noses.
