Is it even practical doing it for life? Age will come, car will depreciate. As it is, are you planning on making a
enough profit to get a new car and begin the cycle again or planning to be on rentals? E- hailing is a good means to an end but not an exit plan. For someone like me especially in Lagos i rather use public transport sometimes so i can break my journey when i have to. To drive in this town makes me sick, then to think of making it a lifetime job

Hello,i joined this hustle of recent,tho I do it Less frequently,so I picked a lady in folawiyo bankole , destination was awolowo road,there was light traffic,lady said i should take brt lane on eko bridge,I declined cos I never used it before,she insisted saying the previous driver used it.na so i chook head for brt lane, few metres ahead we were flagged to stop by lamata police, they snap my car,they ordered me to come down,they said they will impound the vehicle and I will pay fine of 70k.i was calm ,I check my contact and called my DSS friend he spoke with the guys, still dem no gree.the lady was begging them o saying she is the one that convince me to use the lane.never knew she worked in federal inland revenue in ikoyi.she called her boss explained everything to him that na she make me pass brt lane.he requested me to snap my vehicle plate no and forward it on watsapp to him,i did exactly that.she said they are working on it.she called her contact in frsc.after a while a lamata official entered the vehicle, motioned us to enter,then started a trip to their office in ketu.the lady appealed that they shouldn't drive her to the mainland.she was offering them 5k.saying they are all civil servants and that how much is their salary.the lamata guy driving called his oga saying what should he do,the oga say we should bring 35k and transfer it to his personal acct if we don't want to go to ketu office.never knew the oga in inland revenue has called the lamata oga patapata to free us asap.the lamata driver received a call and was looking sober ,I saw it in his eyes, he parked somewhere around Maryland,came down, gave me my keys.i entered driver seat and drove the lady back to the island using 3rd mainland bridge.she paid me extra sha.na wa o

Lady wanted me to take her back to Chevy and bring her back to osapa, go back to Chevy again then follix. I told let's do offline. I guess this trip to and fro was less than 20mins + waiting on a less than 4km radius on a free Sunday traffic. I told her to use her church mind. She gave me 9k plus 1300 bolt fare.

This E-HAILING can be tiring some times. But most weekends bolt just dey give me better riders. Riders just dey give better tip wella. Some 2500,2700 + and hassle free trips less than 15 mins ontop surge. The one wey sweet my belle pass. Carried a lady from V.I to Chisco lekki to church Around 6pm Sunday. Trip ended 2000. The lady begged me to wait for her till 7pm. I told her that 1hr is alot of time for me to make money. She still insisted that how much can i make in 1hr let her pay, I just told her not to worry that I'll wait, she said will give me 5k for waiting and 2k to take her back to V.I
I even needed the rest. After 1hr. the lady came paid me 2k for initial fare 11k for waiting and 2k to carry her back.

But boss talk true, if chance dey to Japa you no go Japa? To make money in dollars and to make money in Naira no be mate o. And you can still keep your sanity 100%. The way Naija be especially Lagos by brother e get as e be. For me i had clear opportunity to Japa far back as 05 but things were going well for me, things were not this crazy so no need ,I could only think of visiting. But see as things be now. Inflation is crazy. Things i used to manage to import early 2020 the rates have tripled in less than 2yrs.But still on the real, if the opportunity comes for me to Japa now now i go move.But I'm not going out of my way to make plans for that. I'm still thanking God I've been able to level up and bigger plans are in motion to make money for this naija without going half insane

That's actually what they make.
The difference is that it is easier to make that money over there than here but when u consider the amount of money u need to travel out...I rather invest that money here and make big bucks. That's my personal opinion.
This whole thing is about personal choices but people fail to respect other people's choices.

Go to settings on your app.Add new car You will be re directed to bolt website. After filling in your car details press next and you will see where to upload your inspection report

Oh boy, Lagos State dey vex o, I was captured by camera February last year for expired car licences, RWC and Insurance where still valid. and fined 20k via text msg. I actually renewed the next day though. I just tried to renew my RWC and that fine has been reflected and I have to pay before my car will be inspected and issued a new RWC. Omo I just weak, which means i was even lucky to renew the RWC this time last year with no issues.
