That ECM/PCM is actually the brain box had to do my own research before going to the rewire to check possible faults, symptoms and solution though
northbird:
It mite not be brain box. I'm not a mechanic and I'm not trying to dissuade you. Get other rewire and mechanic thoughts on the issue.

My body just dey pepper me since, didn't drive thru out April. Just the small hustle I hustle this month my car just wan give me Hbp. Spent almost 40k on Alternator, plugs and exhaust net last 2 weeks. Worked last weekend, I say make i warm my car this morning. Check engine light show. My mind skip.
Scanned it and it showed error code p0138 high voltage bank 1 sensor 2 and P0606 ECM/PCM processor error. I know say that one na brainbox wahala. Went to my mechanic to check it for me. The RPM was really low. I got the model of brainbox from mech. The car kind of went back to normal after it was put back, managed to drive it home and park. The car can't start anymore right now though. I noticed that when I start the ignition I don't hear the fuel pump anymore. It's 2.4l 2005 Camry. Any ideas on brain box price my people? This bolt rating tire me o. I haven't driven bolt for a month, I decided to hit the road this morning, my rating had been on 4.76. After my first trip the man told me he enjoyed my driving, that where should he rate me. I actually watched him rate me 5 stars. Only to check my rating i had dropped to 4.6. Besides that, GPS for Google map has been messed up. Anyone experiencing same?

I carried a Jamaican Lady raised in South Africa with a clear foreign accent. Na so she share her experience with a bolt driver. She is based in Ogbomosho but I think she runs the restaurant at Farm city Lekki so she goes back once a week. she should be in her mid 40's or less.

She ordered a bolt ride and the first thing driver said was that he liked white , she's light skinned. she was surprised at the statement but shoved it away because he was driving a white car. so during the trip they started gisting, they also stopped at KFC and she got a meal for herself and the driver. Got to destination.

Her nightmare started. The driver turned to a stalker, calling at odd hours, sending WhatsApp msgs, asking for a hookup and all, it got so bad that she had to call bolt even informed her embassy because she has been kidnapped before. She even had to ask one of her very top ranking police officer friend to pose as her husband to make the guy back off. The guy told the officer that his wife is fine na, if person no toast am problem dey na, that the officer should f*ck off.

The lady said, normally she be Jamo and she be real werey but this man behaviour, she fear. I just concluded to her that the man obviously has mental issues and that it's people like him that make riders give bad reviews about bolt drivers. The driver was in his 40's as well. The gist shock me sha, though e dey happen steady

The girl is just a sadist. I should change my saloon car to an SUV because of Ehailing, Even people with SUV go contemplate before entering some roads especially in the mainland. I can bet if she was a car owner she will protect her car like egg. Some people are just so difficult. I know how many times my car don hang cos I'm trying to please a customer. Some are considerate they even enter bike to come and meet me were I'm parked but some are just evil

As per drivers ratings, no one knows how far riders can go to rate u low, even if there's another rate worst more than 1 star, riders will use it on we drivers.
Ok I picked a lady around surulere, on our way going my phone keep ringing so I later asked for her permission if I can pick d call and she said yes, she nw asked me if riders doesn't allow drivers to pick calls, I said yes nw especially all this island girls, she nw said some drivers worst o, that they'll keep making long calls while driving Nd riders dare not talk but after d end of d trip they'll give d driver 1star with very bad review.
She also said she first look at my face Wen I reach d PU that I wasn't smiling and that already give a bad impression already before she later knows I'm nice and jovial...
She gisted me about how she show a driver pepper while driving her to her house and d driver said he can't go further cos d road in their area is very bad and his his car is low, she said she told d driver that's not her fault, all drivers knows Nigeria roads are bad, that he shld hv raise his car before he join d platform... After alot of dragging The driver sha manage to go front a little to like 4 houses before her house and because of this she rate d driver so low, reported him, send his num to her friends to report him as well... U can imagine how far she went to block the driver frm his career. I just pity the man, and riders that do this d most are ladies btw 16-25 years (my observation). What I'm saying in essence is that u can't please a rider 100%, jst do ur best and leave the rest.

Yesterday I picked up a rider from platinum road lekki to lekki phase 1, once at the destination he told me not to end the trip that ill tals him back, waited for like 3 mins, and we headed back, trip ended payment is 1k, he was shocked just as I was, he said when he ordered it was 800, that how come he's paying 1k for round trip, I didn't even know what to say, he just gave me 1500.

What could be the cause of that, any ideas?

I don't understand medical report for eyesight. If to say police really one do their work, that one will not count o.Because firstly you can't tint your windshield, and if you had a problem with the sun, there are sunglasses for that

Go to Police HQ near High Court, Ikeja GRA

U will need medical report for ur eye sight too, some police men on the roads are crazy.
NB: name on Permit and Medical report must match name on car documents.

Wahala for we wey don pass youth small. If person try this 800k challenge na hospitalising things o.Only 11hrs of driving e go be like say them beat me better beating and that's because I drive only weekends mostly Sundays. If I come drive the whole week, how I go do.or is it because I'm less than a year in ehailing?
Crvrider:
In terms of filtering I filter trips like crazy. If there was a challenge about filtering I will probably win that and it is for this reason I don't do uber. I don't have their power.

Imagine coming from skymall late at night and uber was still giving me trips to take me back further in that direction.

For those who do uber strictly, I give you guys hand. Driving uber is like putting a blind fold over my eyes and that s-h-i-t scares me silly.

The max I do on uber is 2trips. Imagine taking a trip request on uber, only for the trip to end at 375naira. In fact the app complained initially that the trip was too short to be billed[my jaw dropped]...had to idle for another 3-5min before the said amount came up.

So for those putting up all this pretty dash board earnings, I wonder how you guys do it? I hope I am not a lazy youth because I can't understand.

Anyways, for now indriver works well for me.

You are clearly missing the big picture, though you are entitled to your own opinion though. Bolt drivers are not the problem.

Funny enough after that incident, got a request off freedom way. The girls, from their conversation they were definitely not Oloshos I hope they aren't though. One of them was having a bad day it was her birthday and her makeup artist disappointed her.

The other two were going to church and were running late. I checked my map and discovered the destination was at UNILAG or LASU. I was almost approaching Lekki phase 1 , I now asked are you guys sure the destination is correct. They now checked and discovered it was a wrong destination, Lekki phase 1 was their destination. No quarrels no qualms drove them to their destination with out updating.

I dropped the 2 of her friends at church. The one having a bad day now updated her destination to somewhere around Lekki 1 phase said she would like to buy breakfast at KFC Admiralty first. No qualms, drove her there, then to destination, fare ended 2k, she said she was going to do a transfer, no qualms I got alert but didn't really look at the credit. Thanked her and drove away.

It was even later that evening when I was going thru my credit alerts that I saw she transferred 2500 to me, somebody having a bad day could do that. No be the Olosho mate be that?
pocohantas:
Everybody would never behave civilized, definitely not in Nigeria. Having this in mind, I choose not to put myself in a position where I would be a victim of transferred aggression.

I choose to avoid Bolt (drivers).

Sorry about your experience, Sir.

Thanks mami cheesy

If everybody behave civilised why will someone transfer Olosho induced anger as u put it on you? The same goes for every person rendering a service.

The thing has just been replaying in my head. I have very elastic tolerance, it takes alot for me to reason person matter. Imagine I'm trying to explain to her the riders also needs to ask if I accept transfer or not, you don't expect me to ask every rider. After the illetrate comment she said if I have nothing better to say from my mouth I should shut up. The first thing that my wife asked me when I narrated everything to her was did I not slap her. Na me come dey explain to my wife say na devil just one use the girl
pocohantas:
You are very right, Sir. Me sef no like that kind wahala. So I will keep avoiding Bolt (drivers), before them transfer olosho-induced-anger on me.

If u were me, you would have done worse, I had to try and make that post short. The things that came out of her mouth all this while with her leg on my arm rest. For my mind I was like Na me cause am, I drive only weekends mostly Sunday because my car is parked all thru the week cos I use staff bus to work. Let me make money while warming up my car. Then one girl wey I give close to 15 yrs difference for age probably plenty more go dey bring out rubbish from her gutter mouth, perfume wey I dey use cost pass work she work for night.I am very gentle person who doesn't talk too much, but don't take it for granted. And the thing dey pain me say na mostly my Igbo sisters dey mess up
pocohantas:
I am not asking, I have concluded there is a strong link between Bolt drivers and aggression. I have concluded that they can’t be dealing with that much oloshos and be normal anymore.

His posts confirmed it...

I have avoided them. Uber for life.

Regards

That's how I got to the PU of one girl, I parked opposite the compound cos I wasn't sure of the exact compound and I didn't want to block someone's gate.
The girl now came out that I should turn and park directly at her gate, I felt she wanted to carry something so I obliged, Na so she stand for gate say make i on A/C down that her friend is coming for my mind I just lock up. As we started the trip, the map was directing on the normal route out of the estate but there was some road work going on in the estate so you can't go out thru where you came in.
I now asked her to please direct me. She just shouted at me that I should follow the car in front of me and not ask her any question. Ah ah!! Na so I ask am is there any problem, why is she being aggressive? She murmured something but i didn't hear though , her friend just told me not to worry she'll direct me. To me o, no matter how e be. I can never walk into some ones store or someone rendering me service and be arrogant and rude to the person. If them try am for market place or all these Agbero drivers Na slap dem go collect
omorkelly:
Honestly, these girls can make a dumb man speak in tongue.
I picked one yesterday on a 1.9X trip.
We moved and after few minutes she said she forgot to tell me there's going to be a stop over; that she wants to pick a friend along the way.
I was intensely infuriated but i calmed myself down since she has promised no waiting at all. But the destination was modified on my instruction.
On getting there, she asked me first to check the current fare which i couldn't without ending the trip; 1st red flag!!!
After about 10mins i informed her on phone that am ending the trip in another 5mins. Immediately her friend came out and sat in the car, then i got the message clearly; she was changing her dress and making up for a party!!! CAN YOU FU-FU-FUCKING BELIEVE THAT!!!!!!!
Oh My God i lost control of my composure immediately and ended the trip there. I was shouting at her friend when she appeared and they are now making another request.
I made it clear i wont go further untill she pays the initial trip alas! she complied. I accepted to go for the 2nd trip 'cause the place na Sambiza and also with surge.
Worst still, they were still complaining that bolt fare was getting higher day by day and they wish another app could come to their rescue: me for my mind dey sure say bolt fare no be am at all.... i just fem. Collected my money, reported rider to bolt after 1 star rating.

Na today I know why some drivers dey assault riders. Picked this Olosho from Osapa London to Elegishi area this morning. Trip ended 1100, she now said she wants to transfer. I said ok during the transaction I got another trip, called the rider that I'm trying to collect a transfer he should bare with me, he agreed. After like 3 mins this girl was just fiddling with her fone complaining of network. I now told her to use my hotspot. She said it was not working, that 2 of her banks app have network issue. I now told her she should have told me it's transfer she wanted to do, the next thing that came out of her mouth is why am i talking like an illetrate that I'm the one supposed to ask before the trip of its cash or transfer. I just laughed and told her she doesn't know what she is talking about and she shouldn't insult me. She said I'm the one insulting myself that I should not say it outside. All these while I was trying to control myself because I stutter when I'm angry. I told her no Wahala let her borrow money from someone, she said nobody ok let's go to an ATM , she doesn't use ATM card. I now got angry that she should find away to pay, the stupid girl now said I should come tomorrow that I'm just wasting my time and I should go for my other trip. My head just dey raise fire small, I now called the new rider that he should cancel and explained to him. I now put off my app told her I'm ready to wait for that money, anyhow e go be my money go come out. She now called one of her friends and was explaining to her, she now repeated that illetrate statement, I don't know when i flared up opened my back door did like i was going to grab her phone and shake her a little. The girl still dey raise voice saying She will blow me. Some of her neighbours and alaye's were now trying to calm me down. One of her neighbours that has a store ended up paying for her. Anytime I get request and see say na Olosho my moral dey always drop. Ive been taking alot of side comments lately

Yeah only that the incident dropped my rating from 4.8 to 4.5 the place I dropped her off was not up to 2km away from the original destination. I thot she was directing me through her preferred route but the map kept directing me somewhere else till she explained that the initial drop off was her guys destination. The system no suppose confuse na it was still the same vicinity.
