Thanks i actually did what you said but because i was in surge area it was kind of high. Estimate 3500-4600 I just told her to pay 3500 if it's lower I'll transfer the bal and if it's higher she should transfer. Just got the price review 2500, called rider to send ACC no.but she said i should not bother.
Duke111:
If there was no surge wen the trip came then use ur rider app anf input thr location nd destination in the proper column den get an estimate of the price or rather tell d rider to do so then find a balance in between the price estimate. But if there was surge then multiply the price u Arived above with the surge. Peace

Gmap dey tire person. What i do at my spare time after making some blunders on the road, I settle down set my gmap location from random high request areas to random high request destinations. I now go to the directions on gmap and highlight the street pictures, I then scroll along the blue lines and navigate the terrian till I'm familiar with it taking note of buildings, land marks and street names starting from the point i made the blunder

The car is a gift, which one be all the conditions attached. Person wey no one serious no go serious conditions or not
peeps4u:
If it is a gift then, don't tell him; let it be on HP, with 20/25k weekly to pay exact amount you biught the car or a lil above the amount, just to make it real. The money can even come in handy in case the car has a major fault in future. He will be in charge of repairs and everything; with that he will learn to be responsible in taking care of the car as a car owner.

You may cancel the HP plan for him and handover the lil amount he has paid you (if you wish) after observing him and convinced he's focused.

Thank you brother, I've been wondering what the argument is about. Even if the figures seem high. A salary earner will still have the same expenses as someone in ehailng, only if your company provides some amenities like recharge cards, a staff bus or official car. We complain about driving being stress. Some of these jobs are damn too stressful. At least I know people who have resigned from over a million pay check because of the stress. The only good thing about being a salary earner is you get paid even with no working hours like annual leave, sick leave, public hols etc. But ehailng na pay as you work
PuZZyNegro pos [quote author=PuZZyNegro:
Net earning is calculated for a salary earner as Salary after tax.

Net earning for an Uber driver is money left after commission.

Fuel, recharge card, feeding, etc., although are cost incurred in the course of doing the work, they are not fixed and should not be deducted at the face value in calculating net income.

If you factor these in, then we are looking at what is left as savings.

A worker living at Ikorodu and works at Lekki incurs transportation cost, feeding cost, recharge card, medical bills, etc., yet when you ask him about his net income, he will tell you what the employer hands over to him at the end of the month.

That's the reason the person is working in the first place. To foot these bills.

Whatever is left as savings afterwards is relative to the individual.

This is where variables like the type of car one uses, the place you live, the driving times (surge hours), the risk appetite (very important in this job), etc., come to play to determine the overall take home.

A 2002 Crv will pass for a 2003 to 2004 model, the only little difference in 2005 and 2006 model is the head light, grill and rear lights. The same way with Toyota. When i wanted to buy a Camry 2005 model. The dealer showed me one very clean one. But it was actually a 2003 with the head light and rear light changed to 2005/2006. I had actually wanted to buy a 2005 honda accord at first so i didn't do any research on a Camry. I don prepare to make transfer sef, when somebody in the car park, maybe na God touch him heart, he told me it's actually a 2003/04. I can't remember if I tried checking for the model year on the car or it wasn't even there.Na so i take change mind, told the dealer I'll come back later that I'm still expecting some money. After doing a research on Camry, found out 2005/06 has audio buttons on the steering wheel, chrome on the gear handle and three headrests at the back seat.the driver seat is also fully automated. 2002/04 do not have these features especially LE. For the Same price of the former, i got a 05/06 Camry leather seats, alloy wheels, sun roof, almost original tints done in yankee, spoilers on the booth even extra brake lights bulbs left by the previous owner in yankee.

You reveal so much about who you really are only by typing. You are not the discreet type, always trying to throw shades at others that don't agree with you, or even your ex partners.

Before Dru, you had a partner here and you came here to tell us how she collected her car from you too.

Now you come again to say, you don't care about your partner (third party). Its just you and yourself..

Sincerely bro, I don't care if you pay 2000 every month as rentals. It's God's blessings for you

By the grace of God too, I will never collect a car for rental in my life too. I've passed this hustle and I've moved on to better things.

Stop rubbing your supposed success on our faces. You're not the only one God has blessed or is blessing[/color]

Even if i consider carrying such load, definitely not the gear box though. I charge the rider for excess or inconvenience load. After all some interstate transport service charge for excess luggage and when taking a flight they charge for every kg exceeding the required amount of kg for luggage. No be by force

Sometimes i feel you enjoy to torture yourself or you enjoy been tortured.Wisdom is when you layback observe and re-evaluated yourself and circumstances surrounding you.Talking alot or involving in recycled and rollercoasterd arguments or brouhaha ( "make i speak grammar small"wink doesn't make you look more intelligent. You have nothing to prove to anybody but yourself brah. One love brah

Isn't jpworld supposed to be the frontier of this campaign? with all your village head master skills and agidi you suppose to be the one to champion this fight against the govt n ehailing COYs because to the best of my knowledge you have more than 100 cars that delivery 27-35k weekly to you so even if you're not fighting for the common man at least you should be doing it for yourself and business so rental can be increase to 45k.

Angryibodon Angryibodon, where are thou? This is the time the whole of lagos needs to know you because you've to come out and prove to us all you're truly the one behind all those big big Oxford grammar and attacks on people's personality, integrity and business. My dear oga, what's the bone of contention for this whole matter? You guys having been dragging urselves in mud for over a week now. You said you have 10 cars on ehailing and your drivers are all complying, I can see you are handling your business well. Why not focus on your business if you are here to gather information to help you run your business better, no qualms. But all this bad energy is not healthy. You guys are matured men stop clawing at each other like wounded cats.

What I'm still trying to figure out in my mind is the brand new cars or not later than 2017 models. No be this same Lagos them go dey run? With all the bad roads, floods and traffic coupled with low fares. No be the same road we go dey struggle with outdated private cars, molue, danfo and cabucabu. Abi we go get special lane?
