Thank you all. Here is my time line: IELTS August 2013, VETASSES: Aug 2014, positive assessment from VETASSES: 26th Nov, EOI: 29th Nov,2014, State Nomination:8th Dec,2014, Visa application: 14 Dec,2014, front-loaded both medicals and PCC. Grant 5th Feb,2015.

I give God all the glory. He has done great thing for me again. I just got my SA 190 visa grant this morning. Thank the Lord for me. It was like a dream when this whole process started, with faith in God I pushed on further to realize this dream. Fellow Ozlander thank you all for the inputs.

. No embassy or high commission in Nigeria. But they hv in South Africa. Info on how to go about work/visitor's visa check Australian immigration website online.

Looks like I can come in other Specialist Managers - 139999, I worked as a Project Manager for about 2 years. Kindly advise if the code is appropriate.

Also I work presently as an Administrative Manager which means I can come in under Corporate Services Manager - 132111, but I have just 6 months experience. Please advise way forward.

. I think under the specialist manager they listed some occupations under it. I don't think project manager is among Also check 4 the states/region that has your occupation under CSOL.

. Yes u can apply anytm but u hv to check d school to see if application is open. Some skuls open application for July intake March/April.

Yea I guess.... It's the same docs I used for the skills assessment, the only addition would be more payslips, the pcc and meds. Speaking of meds, how much did fatayi Williams cost, and is the price good compare to other ehealth centers. I've seen on this thread, some call it 80, some call it 40....,and the one in abj most people say its 60 ish.... It's just me...

VETASSESS does not assess Architect...a different body does that...and I heard it is quite difficuly getting a positive assessment as an Architect...but you can try tho

. U applied during the holiday break which means your application might take longer than usual but hopefully within the next 2 week it will be out. To ur second question,make arrangement for payment of tuition fees so that once the offer letter is out you can pay and get ur COE letter. Since u applied directly you don't need an agent to complete the rest of the process. But u can as well Google schools under BCIE.

How long left is DIBP's only prerogative. Cases are treated on individual basis. However, the timeline is between 3-4 months averagely.

The test you do is dependent on your answers to the medical questions on eMedical client. However, these tests are non-negotiable, radiology (chest X-ray), HIV, Physical examination and urine test (I don't know what they check for in it).

Nope. If you are not claiming points, you don't need to.

I didn't frontload pcc as I would have still waited to do meds...but you can frontload both pcc and meds, as it makes your application go faster.

To be sincere, I focused majorly on the writing aspect. If you have a whole day to spare, you should be fully prepared to get at least a 7. Other aspects like speaking and listening are all dependent on your existing language skills. As for reading, one or 2 practice questions should be enough to get you acquainted with the different styles reading section comes in.

bossladyMo, in d document checklist for visa application under skill select,did u still upload ur pay slips and work reference? Though am not claiming points for work experience. Did u frontload ur police clearance certificate? Thanks

For Physiotherapy I believe the person will pass thru two hurdles to get a licence
, s/he will have to go thru Physiotherapy Council first then later to APHRA.

you know naija na, it varies from 8k to 15k... when you get to area 10, I think where those civil service people gather. . you'll meet a T-junction, the right side will lead you to area 1. take the left... sorry I can't describe it any better...
