The battery is not that great ( I am a heavy phone user shaaa)

I did not have problem with the battery because it charges from 0-100% with 1hr ND few minutes.

If your phone dials number by itself when locked , you are using a refurbished phone, check your imei in the phone and check the the one on the battery you will see difference.

Just change your phone

Am also a victim of such, my credit doesn't last because of foreign numbers that disappears after dialing

She bought an iPhone 8 Plus just about 2 month ago.

Last week, she told me the phone suddenly goes off and won’t charge any more. Although it powers on after going off, but the battery has gone low, and the phone won’t charge again.

An Engineer changed the battery and some other stuff that I don’t know.

Now, about 5 days after, the same issue.

She bought it as UK used/refurbished.

just a brand new phone, you won’t experience this. The likes of Tecno and Infinix are affordable and you’d enjoy it
