Visa approved January 13 without No Funding. I give God the glory. As I wake on that morning I fest drop my wife off at work then I saw a begger on the road dashed her money then I focus embassy way. As I got there some few mins away from 9am. I sharply join queue then waited till they called 9am people. Besides I meet one guy wey say him name na trust I told him my name and we shared compliments. Fast forward till the visa / waiting room. I realized the VO isn’t much of a talkertive he only needs you to go straight to the point. I come realize say VO they first greet people and the format I carry go suppose be me to greet VO first before he even greets me. B4 getting to him he will be like good morning can I have your pasport and i20. But in my situation I greeted him first by…

Me: Good morning sir and how are you today?
VO: I’m good and you?

Me: I am so excited this morning, tomorrow is my birthday and my wife is planning a surprise but I already found out

VO: “ looks at me with a bad eyes”
ME: for my mind “Haaaaa Shay I never tell gay or person wey him wife give breakfast talk like this” meanwhile 14th was my birthday. Let’s sha continue interview….

VO: have you travelled before?
ME: yes I went to Dubai for my honeymoon and Jan2 was my one year wedding anniversary.

VO: what does your wife do?
Me: she’s a medical doctor with bleep bleep

VO: is she aware you are going for this MBA?
Me: we have talked about it as a family as she has given me her full support. Besides she’s will be handling some of our building project as I will be coming back during my holidays.
VO: what do you do?
ME: I work as a manager With a bleep bleep where I help to organize workers VO CUTS IN…..

VO: how many workers do you have in your working place?
ME: I don’t know because my organization is always recruiting everyday.

VO: oh that’s correct, I will be approving your visa.

ME: thank you sir

VO: when is your resumption date?
ME: it’s march 2nd

VO: oh that’s a long time just pick up your passport in 10 working days. This white paper will give you details on how to pickup and make sure you hold at the point of entry bla bla that money I was very deaf.

At this point he would careless but remember there are a lot of people here that has not even applied/ delayed or gotten visas but will first you in achieving the blue passport and there are people that has been there that you will still first as well. I am very happy you got your visa and God will open every other persons way that is trying but if you got an info from the platform that helped you achieve your dreams it’s also a good gesture if you reciprocate such kind gestures. But anyways at this point you would careless. Anyone reading this your blessings is on the way and good luck to guys going this week. Na only prayer, prayers, prayers and preparation they approve USA visa no be by documents cuz they fit no check.

Mehn who sabi reschedule appointment and to get a fresh date in 2 weeks for another visa appt. if you have the ways pls reach out to me ASAP as my school gave me extra 2 weeks to resume. Visa denied 27th yesterday. Thanks for your help.

Person wey de learn from demon? The guy will be more brutal than his boss. Las las all na grace for anyone going to Abuja this week and serious prayers because na only God get approval for this week in Abuja. Just pray and pray because most of your revisions might not even pop up. Just stay confidence and be praying that’s all I can advice anyone going this week.

Yes standing with a book behind him. That means we must have crossed path because the guy at a point was even calling me by me name during the interview. So I was like na only devil fit allow this man no approve me as he Dey type for like Omo…! But baba still pop the denial question. Because we ran out of question but we move and will be back and better.

That Korean guy na serious bastard. I answered all his question correctly today till even requesting my bank statement which he got and typed for almost 2 minutes and denied. The interview went fully perfect and I was waiting for the “Your visa has been approved but he shut me down?” All our conversation was on fleek as God says it’s not time. He was still typing and the other lady denied 3 people. Omo Abuja today choke!!!!

Regardless, You will be transferring from so so….. to so so so Uni…without bringing a tie back home really?? That’s a huge red FLAG!!!!!

Well sorry about your denial. I know how you feel right now and am also sorry about your loss, but I feel you had a good line up before it started getting complicated with the pity story. Consulars care less my dear!!! And again the space from 2017 without an admission till 2021 for someone whose dad own a filing station didn’t fly at all…. But I might be wrong tho since I am not in the same position as the consular to know exactly how she felt during your interview.

You mentioned that after you lost your dad that things were difficult for you guys? And you also said mom is a director managing dads business. It sounds complicated but I might be wrong tho..!

Why not reach out to the school and let them know about this development maybe for an extension or a letter for late arrival…..
