What is the difference between Ogun plaster sand and Lagos plaster sand? Which one is better?

Ogun Plaster will save the use and application of cement and dont crack after plastering. To identify the cracking in lagos plaster after curing put water on the surface you will see the cracking. Ogun plaster is still the best, its cheap but cost of transportation makes it expensive.

Important of Odo Ogun Shape sand, Zero salt content, save and protect the reinforcement in the building.

Thanks my bro for your prayers I need this at this time. You are right, fence with four board beam will be expensive than one board beam. In the estate where my project is located, we have some people that did not even cast any beam for their fence but some of their walls are cracking in some sections. Even though the land is not water log the soil is very loose hence we are doing the one board for the fence.

Anyway 1.6M for a four board beam fence is decent in my opinion.

All soil are loose, A solid base is at all time required atleast 1baord casting is a preventing measures for cracking.

Reducing the "minimum" order by half shows that you are sensitive to the wishes of some of your customers, its not everytime one would need to do a decking or German Floor.
