SCAM 6

The "ashewo bed"

Funny name abi? lol.....

But this is a loading trick being practiced by tipper drivers and sand suppliers everywhere, they agree to supply you a load of sand and then they go to the loading point and load only 3/4 of your expected quantity. So many people might not be around when the sand will be dropped at the site, or swallow the flimsy excuse that the sand shrunk while they were passing on rough road and gallops sank the sand to reduce the level.... story for the gods.......

My Oga you go fear supply...

Baba Agba! Yes, they did a cellular raft in Ori-Oke. It was even a Nairalander project done in 2011. I think Gbagada and Akoka are the worst terrain to build in Lagos. 40m depth in some part of Akoka (Not all that glitters are gold). I saw a 3 floor building vanished completely with my korokoro eyes in Akoka.

@chekitaut, the green building beside where you supplied is actually a storey building and not a bungalow. A whole floor has vanished completely.

Maybe, it's worth it to open discussion on worse terrain to build in Lagos.

a u kidding me.. Bros iro ni oo

10 tonnes 3/4 down to ayobo nko.

60,000 ma

I need 10 tonnes of 1/2 inch granite at Ikorodu, Lagos, pls how much is it?

60,000

brabus:
The Central Business District Project on my mind sha. I can see they've already leveled all the old secretariat complex.

That is Abeokuta Shoprite site.

Recently, 3storey building collapsed in Lagos, analysis put all building problem to substandard materials, substandard materials can go as far as the nail.

I think whatever we do on this forum is not majorly marketing but educate anyone that really seek for information. Smile001 you see my comment as being too confronting, sorry for that.

When I started with this forum I engineered the post ur price, many were surprised, but used it as benchmark to bid quot, it works for them. Its my joy when you carryout building with less budget n quality outcome.

The city will be adding more than 2.5 million new residents in the next decade and the government is getting ready.
The city has been turned into a giant construction site with mega projects here and there.

A new urban space is evolving.
