I spent close to 3m Naira in this phase alone and I have also gained a lot. I am in Ghana now and I will be back soon to continue with this project. Chekitaut: The prices are ok, If u plan block foundation cast atleast 1plank before setting of block and apply beam at DPC together. this will increase the quot anyway, but is the best,are u using gravel or granite. Labour is not inclusive.

The guy may spend well OVER 1 million naira just for aggregate and you call that ok? For "blinding" alone well over 1 million Naira and that is OK? I must be missing something. I mean its a two bedroom four flat with just over 20 columns and for "basket" a little under N500,000 ? Come on! May be its me or PH or there is a professional clan "tribal" territorial protection.

Poster I think there are hidden critical nodes to inflate the cost eg Aggregates, sharp sand, cement etc. I will do my best to tear down the quote later in the day. Good Luck and congratulations.

75-80k, there 2 option majority 6 tires take 12-13ton while 10tires pick 10-20tons...so is possible to pick even 13tons as 20tons...

from Ogbere granite is 2700/ton transport range from 50-60k, from abeokuta granite is 2200/ton transport to Ajah is 60k.

shape sand is 2700/ton from beger in ajah, majority suppliers deliver 10ton as 20ton...so many are victim of this in Ajah, but still dey don't care to understand it. location of site also determine the cost of transportation of goods.
