Most of my failed delivery are with time base(delay), we hv no record of cheating or ripping off client (s) of their money or deliver 10tons for 15tons, 15 for 20tons, or 20+ for 30tons. like what other supplier will do.

Compromise is not in our mode of operation

we taking modalities to curb it.

Since you know his type, the agreement will be as follows;
delivery before payment.
Customer reserves right to reject goods delivered with defect or incomplete weight.
Supplier will be penalised for Delay in delivery Goods etc.

We started with Delivery b4 payment it fail us in time past we almost bankrupt. We turned to Mobilize b4 Delivery it fail due to challenges face base on insufficient truck to deliver.

Our new year 2020 Delivery will be base on Payment on sight(any Delivery on seeing it at your location we receive payment b4 offloading)

we have also adopted 6am to 7pm to all Delivery.

Building materials require honesty, its not cheap, don't put it in the hand of just anybody. The price you pay is faithfulness & honesty.

Good day friends, here is a 3 bedroom flat and 2 room and parlour self contained foundation as shown in the picture.
Filling is on going presently, next after that is the setting of the blocks to the final level.
My enquires are;
How many blocks will it required?
How many bag of cement and cost of sand (mind you, there will be 15 pillars)?
Can it later be floored after block setting, mind you, am using 9 inches block all through?

Sir this type of aluminium design still remain the mos durable one, you can use or not use fascial board you good to go. aluminium cladding can be installed without fascial board.

Pls enlighten me, from Sand field or pit 45k is price for sand alone 17.5ton transportation not included, how come do u deliver 30tons for 52k . You must have being delivering 7.5tons or 10tons as 30tons. Oga park well

Sir, you hv already done rhe block setting b4 the flooring? Or perhaps did not put enough water in the back filling. No harm if its a bungalow just break the entire surface and recast. Frm pic no trace of steel bar in the dpc... So many questions to ask. If you have negotiated to the bream engineer (elebi(hungry) engineer) will cut corners

I can not imagine a supplier of building materials, that do not know "weight bill", i do not think he knows the description of materials he sells to customer.

Every materials has it purpose in building construction, be guided.

Engineer on this forum spend money to be where they are, please engage them. very important.

Also note not all engineer here are qualified. some are just bricklayers who claim to be engineer.

When you know this why ranting, if you don't know, my major failed delivery was due to availability of 15ton or 30tons truck. Majority truck & truck owner dont like 30tons haulage, this made me go for a complete 15tons truck that can serve me both ways.

For your information only me use Mercedes Benz truck in Abeokuta with 6tyres my bucket is big enough to lift 16tons+

People who cheat have conscience. As your conscience speak to you because u do not know weight bill.

Say No to 10tons for 15tons

All issue u draw out is not related to your 10tons display for 15tons.
