From 29th Feb, 2016 Cement sell for 1,450-1,500/bag. Not dollar issue but major dealer are not in good terms again with Dangote hence cancel agreement terms. The cabal in the Cement marketing are the price determinant now

I wonfer what is going on with marketers in Nigeria. Petroleum marketers to same, very soon we will have pepper maketers join the trend.

I have exprience where an Engineer request for trailer load of Cement after delivering 300bags to be used he said I shld take the remaining to a site for him, I said called who ordered for the goods to give me direction. He went off, still dat goods can still leave that location in the nite. You need to be watchfull. All our Engineer on this forum dont hv such records. All the question to their project is "is it Possible?" from materials to labour to duration of project, I hail them all they are doing a good job.

1. Buy your materials, pay him for supervision and labour.
2. You can buy your materials bring in your labour pay him supervision only.
3. Allow him do eveything work out a payment plan with strict aggrement.
