This is why you should NEVER use an agent - they do not have your interests at heart, only their wallets. The actions you took in 2010 and 2011 have left a very deep mark on your record because ultimately you chose to use "the shady stuff they cooked up." I cannot comment specifically on your case, but you most likely are not "banned" but you may have hard ineligibilities for misrepresentation on your file that you will have to overcome. The only way to do this is to be COMPLETELY upfront and clear with the interviewing officer and explain your previous mistakes right away.

Pls I want to apply with my wife for childbirth because we are expecting 2 but I'm thinking she should apply on her own so as not to be a burden on her chances of getting visa as advices by some guru on other thread while some told me that grace abound once we are both truthful just because of my pass record with the embassy. Pls, she doesn't have travel history but I do, to kotonou, Malaysia, South Africa & Kenya. Also, I have Belize visa which call fake because it was the same agent who help get that visa.
Pls what's your take because I know I have complications.

Pls I would like to ask, how do I know if I've been banned for an application because I've been to the embassy 3 times in the year 2010 & 11 and I was denied based on shady stuff which an agent cooked up for me. Now I want to apply but I would like to know if I'm eligible to apply or not.

@cheldas I am not a visa guru, however I know grace speaks so this is my advise but the onus is on you to make the final decision:

The countries you have travelled to aren't bad at all cos I know people who only went to Ghana and got the American visa. Secondly if NOUN is an acronym for National Open University of Nigeria, then its a good tie to Nigeria. So with that you can apply with wifey most especially as she is expecting twins and its obvious she can only attach one baby to her ticket. However if choosing to apply with her, first find out if your previous application has resulted in a ban and if not then apply with her and be very truthful.

However of your previous application has resulted in a ban, then let her apply alone as @ladyguinevere advised. If she isn't too far gone, then y'all can first take a vacation to somewhere like the UK or even Kenya sef just to give her travel experience cos I know some VOs are particular about that. All the same its Grace so just be as honest as you can and may God's grace speak for you whatever route you decide to take.

I really don't know at this stage and this got me worried that how she will be carrying two if she alone goes to the state.

U cannot use a sibling as a tie.
I also can't suggest what u can use as a tie. U fill your form truthfully and answer any questions asked the same way.The vo looks at your whole circumstances and adjudges based on that. So either u gorrit or u don't gorrit.
The only thing I can add is, if your travel history has not been to 'better' countries, sit this one out and let madam reapply alone.
PS: NOUN is an online university abi? That one no follow as ties

I have been to Malaysia, South Africa, Kenya & Ben Rep. But my wife has not been to anywhere and she has never applied before like I earlier told you. Noun is not an online Uni but a fedr Uni all over every state in Naija. Left to me I'm busy here but because she doesn't have traveling experience at all and we are carrying twins that's why I suggest applying with her.
Pls what do you suggest.

No we don't have other kids. This is our first fruits. My wife has a studio of her own and I have a small Ltd company of mine with 2 branches in major cities in west. Also, I'm currently a 400 student of NOUN. My wife is renewing her P anytime this month so as to kick start asap.

Yes I will but I applied for student not visit. So where should I post the past transcript because there are shady things last time. I don't know if I have been banned self cos of agents wahala.

Yes u can. You must nt pay the hospital fees for several reasons. U may change your mind about hospitals and have some deductions upon return. You may create a sense of distrust for Nigerians paying ahead and have the letter of intent saga over again.

Yes I only have travel histories but she doesn't. Should I apply with her or se alone should. I want to apply with her because out scan shows we are expecting two. So I'm thinking of telling the consular that we are expecting two that's why I'm applying with her so as to accompany her and help her carry the baby and the goods. Am I reasonable here ma? Pls need your help we have a relations in NY and we are thinking of going there but on the hosp search on the first page of this thread there is no hosp listed in NY. pls what's your take and anyone with cheap hosp in NY. 1. Bigfido is under no obligation to reply everybody's pm. Its his discretion. If he states his reason, though it may be unreasonable to another person he still does not have to reply

2. Who e pain fit buy credit call all the hospitals and get a cheaper rate. In the alternative you can beg nicely. He did not Even name names and folks are saying they were insulted. What a sense of entitlement.

3. Yes there are monitoring spirits aka agents, lazy folks who refuse to research, folks who take and never give back. Who are quick to pm because they do not want to read back. Without any way to verify who's who, people can refuse to reply pms abeg.

Lol, let's teach people how to search on their on so they will appreciate what they have at the end of the time. I'm saying this because when I asked Q on here you sent me back an referred me to some threads which is helpful now cos we must learn not to be lazy. Good morning. Congrats. We will be doing u a great disservice if we toss out answers. If truly u have been reading, you would have seen that we place a lot of premuim on research and truth telling.
Please read the ist page of this thread.a lot of your questions will be answered. If it is not, then it will give u a strong spring board for your research.
This is the key to a successful visa interview especially as u have been denied 2ice, u need to work doubly harder.
Again, feediing u answers in an interview question 'how did u hear about the hospital' is akin to what agents do.
How did YOU hear about the hospital? U tell the vo the truth.
The earlier you start the process, the better.
Naturally, with the more things u buy, the more u pay. So if you are having multiples, the hospital bill cannot be the same.
Read. Use the search button. Use google to get to specific pages faster. When you are thru, u can then ask for clarifications.
It may also help if u posted your transcript of previous refusals on the thread and on the visit visa thread

- My wife is just 12week can we start the processing now?
- The doctor's correspondence from here, should it be from a public or a private hosp?
- Is it compulsory I pay The doctor in advance to have a letter from them for better chance of securing visa?
