Romance / Mature Advice Please, A Relationship Is About To Crumble... by ChelseaDotCom: 9:24am On Jul 20, 2016
A friend of mine had sex with his girlfriend after she told him that she was a virgin. He couldn't penetrate to the extend that he spent aboust 4days before they could have a convenient sex, in his statement, he deflowered her, although, there was no blood. Months later, a friend to his girlfriend to the girl that his girl wasn't a virgin that she took a drug that closed her vagina which is why it was difficult to penetrate her. Now, my friend want to confront his girl but want to seek mature opinions before he does. What do you think guys, is there a drug that can make a girl completely closed up, even after being deflowered?

Na only una sabi produce cassava starch? Ghana, cotê de ivoire, togo are not producing?

Education / LASU Defeats Indian University In International Law Contest by ChelseaDotCom: 6:33am On Feb 16, 2016
The faculty of law, Lagos State University (LASU), excelled in India, outwitting the host of the 8th edition of the Gujarat National Law University International Moot Court Competition on international trade law (GIMC) 2016.

The LASU team comprising Michael Babalola, Taiwo Okuneye, Mabawonku Olanrewaju, who are all graduating students of the university, and Rufus Olaoluwa, head of the department jurisprudence and international law, defeated the host at the second round of the competition.
Speaking to TheCable, Babalola said it was a great feeling of success to have defeated a law-focused university, revered by its neighbours.
“It was a great feeling of success because neighbouring universities had talked about the expertise of the school, bearing in mind the specialization of the college in law, which is evident in their laurels arcade situated at the schools administrative building,” he said.
GIMC is India’s only moot court competition based on international trade law and LASU was the only university from Nigeria and Africa to have graced the contest.

The moot court competition is recognized by various international organizations such as the American Society of International Law (ASIL), the International Law Students Association (ILSA), the Asian Society of International Law (Asian SIL) and the World Trade Institute (WTI).
This year’s edition of the moot dealt with issues of “domestic content requirements, interference in the use of trademarks and imposition of other barriers to trade”.
The LASU team did not make it to the finals of the competition but conceded the competition in the spirit of sportsmanship. “My team members and I felt denied of our right to the finals. However, in the spirit of sportsmanship, we were happy with the judges’ comments of ‘our excellent advocacy skills,’” Babalola said.
“Having had one of the highest marks at the preliminary stage and the good impression and comments, participants from other regions had of us, towards having a positive mindset about what Nigeria, Africa could offer in terms of Legal research and advocacy.”
There were 42 participating teams from the US, Australia, Indonesia, India, Sri-lanka, Nepal and other countries across the world.

no prior experience with electronics basics ?

I studied Electronics related course in my undergraduate but you know Nigerian school, it wasn't a product design oriented. It was just theory. It will take a very good understanding of components and ICs to build an electronic device from the scratch. Also, we do not have any semiconductor company here in Nigeria. What do you advice? Do you think it can be built here?

NYSC / Re: How Much Did You Make During Your Nysc Service Year? by ChelseaDotCom: 2:09am On Jan 11, 2016
I made so much money but had about 600k in my bank when I left the NYSC. I did some project that later fetched me money. Built Libary, Immunized children, gave Mosquito nets, taught computer and furnished and equip a school. All these were done as projects. A man, who was from the village where I was doing the projects and happen to be the DG of a government parastatal, heard about it and gave me 118k cos he wanted his villager to think that he sponsored it.
Also, I distributed envelopes from one markets to another to solicit funds. While doing these projects, I was also teaching at my PPA and also running about two private classes that was fetching me around 20k per month. It was very tedious for me, at a time, I stopped all the lessons in order to focus on my projects.
Lastly, a rich man who knew about my effort and picked interest in me gave me around 500k cash at the tail end of my service year. The fulfilment that I had was when a parent intercepted me on the road and was greeting me that I save her children from dying as a result of one of my project and I later won a State Award.
In all of these, I learnt that one can achieve whatever you set your mind to do. I pushed myself beyond limit and it was a testing ground for me. Your NYSC will have a meaning if you leave a positive impact .

P.S: Please, pardon my typos o, I dey sleep as I dey type now. Success!
