Job Title: Personal Assistant to the Manager

Location: Lagos

Employment Type: 3 Months Contract.

Responsibilities
o Act as the point of contact between the Manager and internal/external clients.
o Aiding the CEO in the development, coordination, and implementation of strategic plans for the company.
o Screen and direct phone calls and distribute correspondence.
o Attending and contributing to meetings on behalf of the CEO, reporting back and following up if required.
o Devise and organize clients’ land documents.
o Coordinate and take clients for site inspections.
o Create Social Media contents and manage social media platforms.
o Drafts correspondence such as emails and letters and ensures follow-up with acknowledgment copies.
o Undertake any other duties, or assignments as delegated by the Manager, ensuring smooth operations and contributing to the overall success of the company.

Requirements
o OND, HND or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management, Communication, Marketing, Sciences or Engineering.
o 1 - 3 years work experience.
o Must be between 20 and 35 years old.
o Must speak English fluently.
o Must live within the Maryland, Ketu, Alapere and environs or Ikorodu.
o Must be purpose driven with great ideas
o Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to multitask, prioritize workload, and meet tight deadlines in a high-pressure environment.
o Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
