That is part of the reason, at 27 starting university. You have to have a very convincing SOP proving you really want to be a genuine student. You have some 8+ years study gap is my my beleive.

Convincing the vo with a company's statement of account will be hard but not impossible. I would have preferred he he like 10mil in his personal account and the other half in his company account, then submit both statements. How much is he committing towards your studies?

The company is for my uncle who's my sponsor he put all he's money in his company acct rather than personal acct

Whose company is it? I prefer you use personal statement of account instead as the requirements/expectations for using a company statement is high. They will like to know why a company will with only 20mill will want to sponsor you and some other questions will be raised. If the company is yours, then you can use it but will have to explain how you will manage to run your company and carter for your studies from the said amount.
All in all, it's safer to use personal statement of account than company's

Ok, let your sponsor show proof of that from the bank and also state it in his letter of support. Do you have any other source of fund apart from that of your sponsor? or is the CAD25k for tuition fee and living expenses?

If you convert CAD25,000 to naira you will get around #7.5million which is way beyond the raw cash(#5m)he has and the vo won't expect him to empty his account just for you, so I see a problem there. Cos I don't see him withdrawing from his fixed #15mill. When will the #15mill mature for withdrawal?

Yes you can, but most importantly how much is the sponsor committing towards your studies? It's not just about the money in your sponsor's account but the amount he/she is willing to give out.

I mean fix deposit certificate of 15m

I submitted my app 5th of this month have been there 13th or June to book an appointment they ask me to come back 5th of july them self not me that choose for them

You can have it done same day when you arrive early enough. When i submitted mine i arrived as early as 5:30AM, was number 3 on the queue and submitted same day without previous appointment. 'No guts no glory' if Chevron invited for a job interview at 5:30AM, i strongly believe you could make it before the appointment.

Paper route is the best but note that now you have to book an appointment for summittion and it takes 3 weeks appointment

My simple advise is that you use the paper route because 'what will be will always be' regardless of the type of application method chosen. There is so much delay on the online route which does not guarantee TRV approval at the end. So traumatising, Imagine someone whose application was tied down for 12 weeks without a medical call and the outcome was refusal. Mine was delayed for 9 weeks, If i didn't send messages across who knows, could have been 12 weeks as well. Paper route refusal messages are always sent within a month, we have seen cases on this forum where applicants get TRV refusal messages in 2-3 weeks after application submission, at least such applicant has ample time to request for his/her GCMS note before reapplying in the next one or two months.

Also, using Paper route your forms will be thoroughly vetted by VFS attendants to ensure all I's and T's are properly dotted and crossed. You can visit VFS office and submit same day provided you get early enough.

For January 2019 intake is not bad or too late if you wait till September to reapply for that pls get your gcms note then you re-fire if not the out come will be the same and I don't pray sure for you

@muizzz don't go and give vfs your money you can't die if you don't enter Canada this year September January is still good to go more so GSMS note will take you 30day to receive thats where you can know the real reason for your refusal don't follow the refusal letter that came with your passport

You don’t mean it...I was at VFS Lagos on Tuesday & I was booked for appointment on the 24th of July. I even called them on Monday to book appointment and I was told it can’t be done via phone that I have to be physically present or send someone to do it on my behalf.

this is a lie for paper route you have to an appointment and appointment take 3 weeks to come back for summittion so stop being fake here
