The comparison is not really d end point of the argument! Whether Obama had a full cabinet or not does not dispute d fact that he had clear cut vision nd blueprint of how to run his government. That's exactly what our president lacks. No vision, no blueprint, no master plan on how to deliver the CHANGE to us. If he does, he shouldn't be pondering on who or who is fit or not fit to be in is cabinet now. Dats not gud after the famous propaganda of APC

Let me reason wit u fellow! On what ground should radio biafra be banned? D claims by NCC is a lil illogical.. How come d radio has been operating without due licensing and NCC did nothing. All of a sudden, after d unceremonious broadcast of our president's propaganda, NCC discovered radio biafra has no legal right to be broadcasting!
That brings to bearing that the reason given by NCC for banning radio biafra is jux baseless nd cannot stand. So therefore, it will continue broadcasting because Nigerians are wiser now, more enlightened and educated.... Thus they know their rights and u can't strip it off dem jux like dat. Buhari should know d power of d media by now. The media us capable of anything, I mean anything, jux feed it well nd it will serve ur cause!

Common, how many media did NCC ban under GEJ. no one felt d negative power of d media like GEJ! D best our president can do to win is to prove radio biafra wrong and radio biafra will become irrelevant not exercising some nomadic autocratic powers. Someone should remind him dis is democracy!

Finally, I believe in one Nigeria but when Martin Luther king sed I have a dream many years past...... It was for some reasons wch I believe marginalisation of d black in the US was pioneering. many years after his proclamation, his dream wch so many pple sed was impossible became reality nd we are still living in it. Biafrans also have a dream fueled by 'marginalisation of the igbos' according to them.. And I feel if not properly addressed and we Nigerians respect the fact that they have equal rite to governance as d rest of other tribes, their dream might just come to reality someday.
Like sum1 sed on this thread, this people are a caring people without hatred for others. And this has testified in so many ways. Look around you anywhere you are and you will find out that the igbo tribe surrounds u the most and contribute to the growth of ur economy more Dan any other tribe in the nation.

Otherwise, we would have witnessed key appointments, structuralization and policies that would bring about CHANGE in the coming years! 2months is actually too long not to give a hint of d proposed CHANGE blueprint! Obviously nd objectively, this government has no plan for its CHANGE agenda and that is absolutely bad for the NATION

I've solved all the mathematics questions in a white plain sheet paper. therefore, if my fiancée's boss won't be in the office this week, she will definitely help me scan them as PDF file in her office and send it to my mail. I will then send it to everybody. though the questions are simple but very tricky. but something tells me they will change values and repeat questions that's y I've solved them all and help anyone that would need it. I'm not promising anybody o because I don't have such money for now to go scan them but if my fiancee would do it, then I will happily help the house.

the LGA form can be signed and stamped by your state liaison office in your area of residence. You don't have to go to your village to do this. Confirmed from a serving naval officer and I've signed mine in lagos. As for the guarantors form you definitely need a serving military officer who can attest for your character, and he must not come from your state.

are we suppose to have all other documents d forms duly signed and ready for submission on aptitude test day or after the test for successful candidates

Why not. U can apply since its online, write exam in UK and if u are lucky to be shortlisted for PH screening u can get urs done in London and eventually if u make the final list u will receive ur own training in London since Nigerian Navy is a subsidiary of UK Navy.
it gives me great concern when I come to this forum and see some kind post from the so called graduate of nowadays. How can u in ur right senses ask if u can write Nigeria navy aptitude test outside Nigeria. Does it mean that people don't read again or they can't comprehend. am sure u must have visited Nigerian navy website and see what was written there as regards examinations and the various centers, but u can also include UK as one of the centers.
