Is original certificate required?

Because, the mail I got don't specify... And I don't want to risk going with original certificate, especially, when it is not needed.
Thanks.
Risk what? Young man go with it.

Mike Tyson was 39 years den, too old to fight young blood.

Mike vs McBride as @ 1990 = 33 secs knockout...grin
he was just 35 and not 39 please keep it factual.

actually it isnt sir. Ali boxed against people with different styles including sluggers, swarmers, out fighters and inside fighters.

And beat all of them.

The reason he's considered as the greatest is not just because he beat every other great fighter in their prime but also because he changed strategy for each and every fighter he faced.

Foreman, Frazier, Liston, Ken Norton, Cleveland Williams are some of the people he beat. All these guys are listed among the best HW boxers of all time
and many of them beat him too. Wlad & vitali are tough guys, but that doesn't take anything away from ali's pedigree. Did you ever see sonny Liston vs aki 1%2? Too small and weak when compared to today's heavy weights. Wlad would have beaten Liston,Norton,Frazier, and young foreman. But then Ali is still who he is.

boxing stats dont mean anything abeg... Those two will never be anywhere near the greatest 50 in boxing

They were good, yes.

Did they have great stats, yes.

Doesnt mean someone like Ali wont pick them apart
it is hard to say

Well, the Klitschko brothers were very good. Very exceptional but you must admit (except you are just a boxing casual) that HEAVYWEIGHT boxing dipped during their era... No standout star that could touch them. But look back before then, when the likes of Lennox Lewis, Evander Hollyfield, Bowes, etc.. do you know that Lewis actually destroyed the better of the Klitschko's (Vitali) was the UNDISPUTED champion (I hope you know what the means). Lewis couldn't get any viable challenger, he retired as the undisputed champion, that when the Klitschko brothers resurfaced, when Lewis retired after beating them and there was no competition.
However, today, HW boxing is back, this is the happiness amongst boxing affectionadoes, it's not still at the level of the mid 80s to the late 90 after all these great boxers were old and in decline, but there are many exciting talents now and the future is even more mouth watering, especially the British boxers.
Lewis didn't destroy klitchko, we suffered an eye cut and won on stats before the head butt.

Although I don't want to go into the black Vs white bullshit, However it's not factual that blacks fall like dominoes in MMA. I assume you don't follow any MMA fight, you don't even know the current champions nor watched any. I hope you know that 3 of the 6 divisions champs in the UFC, the biggest MMA promotions are black, (the heavy weight, light heavy weight and welterweight)
Daniel Cornier, Jon Jones, Allistair Overeem, Tyrone Woodley, etc have held the division down for years..
There are many sports that are not popular amongst the black Population, they are not just into it, but when they have the opportunity to, they do well. Like in the William sisters in Tennis, although Tennis is not a "black sports". But Connor destroyed your precious none in seconds? And the greatest of all time gsp (st Pierre ) is white. Cody is white, khabib is white Connor is white .this dudes are falling blacks like dominoes,. The record ahead of Serena belongs to a white, the men category(nadak federer djokovic) white. The stand out guys in mma are whites,

strength is number a before any other thing comes to play.

The Klitchkos r very strong, but during their reign there was really no top black boxers in those years (like Tyson AJ Ali, etc). That's why they thrived well. If they met Tyson or AJ, Dem for hear am.
he beat david hate, peters, Derek chisora, and countless others.

Mayweather is very strong...Physically.
do you know what strong means? How do you measure power? What's his ko percentage ? How many boxers did he floor with punches? Floyd picks people apart gradually and was never known for power. He beat more powerful black boxers like Mosley, berto etc these guys were thick black men with sheer power .

No matter how popular or great the klitchko brothers are, They can never match up with Ali or Tyson.
but their boxing stats are better?

Boxing has everything to do with strength before u count any other aspect pertaining it.
Floyd was never the strongest boxer,he was just smart .Ali, ray Robinson had limited power but great technique. That's why core Africans(not African Americans) mess up in professional and armateur boxing because they lack skill and technique and are busy throwing hay makers to impress their Yoruba fans . I see that all the time on gotv fight night. Boxing is about timing, calculated offence, foot work and of course power and chin.

The same washed up Klitchko was adjudged to have put up one of the best fights of his entire carrier that night by boxing experts.

So what are you saying?
that was based on the conflict of styles not form. An out fighter(klitschko) vs a swarmed(Joshua) very similar to ali (out fighter ) vs Frazier( swarmer) . a fight between two contrasting styles is always interesting.

big fat lie!!! Do you watch sports at all? Blacks are good in track and field and boxing that's all. They perform badly in any form of wrestling ,judo, high jump, and they fall like dominoes in mma. Blacks have upper body power but very weak legs. Check the records .

"" rocky Marciano""

He's should be lucky that he was born 100 years ago. If he met Tyson, He would have been beaten pulp silly in 60 seconds.

Povetkin destroyed takam wen he was 35, at his prime.
also factor in the fact that there are more blacks in boxing, and poverty and homelessness drove many into that, including Floyd, ray Robinson,Frazier,Tyson etc. If whites train in fight sports they dominate. The dominance of whites in mma and freestyle and Greco roman wrestling proves that. " Marciano went 49-0 in heavy weight and not even welter like Floyd" and he defeated one of the all time greats "Joe Louis"
SportsRe: Anthony Joshua Vs Alexander Povetkin: Heavyweight Boxing by chetmann(m): 11:29pm On Sep 20, 2018
Even klitchko in his prime didn't knock down povetkin but a washed up Vladimir floored Joshua. Joshua should work on his balance and cardio ,else I see a loss.

AJ should defeat Povtekin, He's too old @ 39 n he is even a white man. Black men are usually stronger boxers than their white counterparts
it was a white man who beat Samuel peter to pulp, a white is the only heavy weight fighter to retire undefeated (rocky Marciano) if takam went the distance with Joshua but was beaten silly by povetkin when takam was younger, then Joshua is in trouble.

thanks, though I applied in march this year and interviewed in may. Was it at the refinery that you had the interview? What was the nature of the second interview? My first was one on one with the discipline head. Please I need the details. God bless you.

The last refinery set took four months between medical (same day they received selection letter) and when they were called to travel for training.

If you are working now, do not resign until they have called you to resume / travel

Present guys with fertilizer plant have been awaiting travel dates for the past 2 months.

Its a slow system, you will get used to it.

What plant are you working with? Fertilizer or refinery?
Are you working presently, hope you know DG salary huh
Check if it is something you may need to consider
please do you know if anybody interviewed around may have been called up? For the refinery job. I applied in civil engineering.

so any ideas about the compensation and benefits ?
that day I got talking with a worker an engineer as to what my response would be if they asked for a salary range because mine was an interview(one on one) . he said they pay about 150k for fresh graduates. And for someone with 6yrs experience 200k or more wouldn't be bad. I forgot to get his number though. I hope it helps. I came very early for the interview so I had the chance to interact briefly with some of their staff.
