This domain is worth more than the price now, it has be reg in more than 17 different extensions and has more than 200 domains using the keyword 'alborz' it has more than 8000k monthly search nd has some traffic too, i sold it to a domainer from Iran, domain name has link to iran.

Well i had to let it go, still a nice profit. Good luck to the buyer.

So what i wanna ask now is that "do u guys think it's wise to call end-users on phone to make a deal?". If yes,would it be before or after the mail? I don't think it is cool to call especially when you are not base in same country.
Though a phone call is cool when you already have a strong interest/ offer from an end user, you can call to negotiate further. But i will not advice anyone to reg/ buy a domain, pick a phone to start calling end users, to me it is very odd.

Finally: i don't call end users, maybe its because am not cool with phone, or it is odd to me.

it is also good to try new method if you wish, i encourage learning from experience.

sent them an email, if they r interested in ur domain, you can include price or ask them to make an offer etc.

But if you are a newbie i would advice you not to give very high price for now. Keep selling $$ to $$$ till you master the act of buying and selling. though price still depend on the domain.
Also make google ur best friend.

I got a reply from just one end user i contact for a domain i found available. I Contacted her first before i register it and she said her offer is €100.
So i have registered the domain few minutes ago, now waiting for her reply to finalize the deal.

Just to encourage someone.
I have finally sold the domain to the company on thursday. I tried a new strategy to reach out to just 2 people and one of them contacted me to finalize the transaction.
I sold CarSound.org for $1000 after listing on market places for over 3 months with no single bid talkless of offer.
Attached is the screenshot the company sent to me and how i got the funds through an exchanger at 290/$ .
I hope this will inspire someone to keep trying..
