Under that category, just upload your Olevel, birth certificate, Nysc. You can ignore others.

Your reference can be anyone not necessarily and an academic. Reference letter too not compulsory.

but you can go for the part-time which is industrial and labour relation.

I cant choose a course for you. your choice of course should boil down to your career path.

For FT is 150k.

I would recommend FT if your place of work is flexible otherwise go for PT
