wowo5689:Hi wowo5689 Exam pass will be available two weeks to the entrance exam. You will receive a text message to that effect. |
Good morning guys. Hope we all checked our *eligibility* before applying for our proposed course of study, for me eligibility is the most important thing here because if you ain't eligible for your proposed course and you go ahead to apply, even if you score 100% in your entrance exam you will be disqualified, you just wasted your time, effort and resources, that's why I'm saying this for the umpteenth time. The first step is checking your eligibility. When you have successfully applied, pls keep your *reference number* safe, not the remitta number, this is what you will use to access your portal to print your exam pass once the time comes, without exam pass no exam. Exam pass will be made available a week to the entrance exam. The entrance exam normally last for two weeks, you would want to ask why two weeks? It simply because of the volume of applications they record. Unilag records the highest number of application when it comes to postgraduate studies, why? You already know the answer. I will write more about the entrance exam as time goes. Are you disturbed of passport dimension? Worry not, it is immaterial, so long as you are able to upload your passport successfully you are good to go. Those still calling and asking whether they should send their transcripts, pls you dont need to start processing your transcripts now, wait until you are admitted before doing this, there is no penalty for applying only with statement of result. If you have your original certificate you dont need transcript. The application fee for this year is 22500 + 500 remitta charges with amount to 23000 naira. Ensure you fill your form correctly before submitting, any error after submission will cost you additional money to correct. For any other enquiries you can always reach me I will be willing to help. Do have a blissful weekend guys Buzor

Kalaba:Hello Kalaba my explanation already covered your proposed course. let me know if you need further help |
Kalaba:Hello Kalaba some departments take this seriously like MBA part time where you are required to have 3 yrs work experience though 2 yrs can fly. i know someone that applied for MBA PT last year that got disqualified because of this. 3 yrs work experience doesnt necessarily mean you must have worked for 3 yrs for some courses but you should have completed your NYSC 3 yrs prior to your application. some departments actually waive this. i know someone last year that got admitted last year into public health FT who was still serving at time of application. you need to let me know the course you are going for, for me to advice you appropriately. i hope you find this information helpful. |
wowo5689:hello Wowo5689 under programme, click on faculty of business, you would see MBA there. |
wowo5689:you are welcome. |

Good Afternoon guys. For those complaining of the application portal showing error message, it has been resolved, i was able to finish the applications of about 5 persons yesterday. So you can go ahead to start your application. For those that want to fill the application form themselves, pls dont be in a hurry to submit your applications, ensure you provided correct information before submitting, once submitted to reopen the application you will have to pay, to avoid this cost ensure you take your time to fill the application form. For the application, you dont need reference letter, you can leave that point blank. For the CGPA part you can always put an estimate of your CGPA. For those of your that have followed this thread earlier, remember I have been preaching about checking your course eligibility before applying, this is very important because you will be disqualified if you ain't eligible for the course you are applying for no matter how high your score in the entrance exam. Pls check your eligibility. You can check in the portal. Like I always say it is not a must that you must have professional certificate for you to get admitted, in fact, 90% of people that apply to Unilag postgraduate programmes do so without professional certificates. If you do have professional certificate that is relevant to what you are applying for, upload it during your application it will fetch you some marks, if you dont nothing to worry about. For those calling and asking me that they didn't finish from Unilag if that will affect their admission, it wont in anyway. All you need is to excel in the entrance exam and you will be admitted. Unilag postgraduate admission is 98% by merit. Buzor |
