Kalaba:Hello Kalaba my explanation already covered your proposed course. let me know if you need further help |
Kalaba:Hello Kalaba some departments take this seriously like MBA part time where you are required to have 3 yrs work experience though 2 yrs can fly. i know someone that applied for MBA PT last year that got disqualified because of this. 3 yrs work experience doesnt necessarily mean you must have worked for 3 yrs for some courses but you should have completed your NYSC 3 yrs prior to your application. some departments actually waive this. i know someone last year that got admitted last year into public health FT who was still serving at time of application. you need to let me know the course you are going for, for me to advice you appropriately. i hope you find this information helpful. |

Good Afternoon guys. For those complaining of the application portal showing error message, it has been resolved, i was able to finish the applications of about 5 persons yesterday. So you can go ahead to start your application. For those that want to fill the application form themselves, pls dont be in a hurry to submit your applications, ensure you provided correct information before submitting, once submitted to reopen the application you will have to pay, to avoid this cost ensure you take your time to fill the application form. For the application, you dont need reference letter, you can leave that point blank. For the CGPA part you can always put an estimate of your CGPA. For those of your that have followed this thread earlier, remember I have been preaching about checking your course eligibility before applying, this is very important because you will be disqualified if you ain't eligible for the course you are applying for no matter how high your score in the entrance exam. Pls check your eligibility. You can check in the portal. Like I always say it is not a must that you must have professional certificate for you to get admitted, in fact, 90% of people that apply to Unilag postgraduate programmes do so without professional certificates. If you do have professional certificate that is relevant to what you are applying for, upload it during your application it will fetch you some marks, if you dont nothing to worry about. For those calling and asking me that they didn't finish from Unilag if that will affect their admission, it wont in anyway. All you need is to excel in the entrance exam and you will be admitted. Unilag postgraduate admission is 98% by merit. Buzor |
wowo5689:Yes. Everything can be done online. |
MYBUSINESSARENA:Unilag dont accept HND for its postgraduate diploma programs. But you can apply for MBA with your HND degree if you made upper credit. |
Slimgees:Hello Slimgees You can upload Olevel result. Reference letter is not necessary |
wowo5689:They are still working on the application portal. everything should be fine by next week. |
Slimgees:Hello slimgees Yes, you are eligible to apply for MPA. No special requirements in O level for MPA. |
splendorian:It is a general issue. They are still working on the site. |
splendorian:Hello Splendorian There are postgraduate hostels for postgraduate students in Unilag. |

Good afternoon guys. Alot of questions on whether to use statement of results or to forward transcripts. Let me address this here for everyone knowledge. If you have original certificate you dont need to forward transcripts. Those that need transcripts are those applying with statement of results. I always advice people over the years, if you are applying with statement of results no need to forward your transcripts during the application state. Always wait when you are admitted, during the screening process you can then start processing your transcripts.(screening is done for those admitted and it is more like check your credentials to ensure they are authentic). Nobody will disqualify you for not sending your transcript during the application stage. Why this method is better is that it saves you cost of processing your transcripts in the event of not been admitted. Buzor. |
Donemmy:All courses are there. they are still working on the application site though. |
