@richydav, its not about having a vessel to be loaded or getting the product, the product is available always from NNPC but the problem is after getting the right source / seller the procedure to get the oil, if you are still in contact me

All seller will ask you to do is  to escrow fee for ATB or CLEARANCE/BOARDING  or TO MOVE CARGO TO COTONOU and their bank will stand to indemnify buyer that is seller fails to perform Bank will pay back the fee Escrowed  plus interest attracted or seller appoints one of its agent  to go to buyer's bank with buyer & fund/fee to be released to seller immediately buyer's  bank /inspection agent confirm any of the above. , they are real 'cos we  buy through them. quickly contact  07040585083.
