From my young exp:

1. You will need to show your company account statement that will explain the fund source. Maybe you could send it to your Dad or Mom and have them send it to your account. You will make a gift deed for this.

2. I have a similar situation. How I am doing it, do a board resolution that the company will sponsor you for the program. Then an affidavit of sponsorship may be sworn by the most senior member of the company like the board chair to that effect.

House, pls I'm confused. A friend of mine wants to send me a lump sum into my personal company account. But I want to send the money from my company account to my savings account which I want to use for proof of fund. I don't intend to provide my company account statement. Pls I need advice on better ways to go about it. Though I will submit the CAC documents.

Secondly, I have another company that has good amount of money in it which I also want to use as proof of fund but the problem now is that I'm not the only shareholder of the company. And I can't just send money into my personal account. Though I'm the signatory to the account. How do I defend that?
Do I need to write to my coshareholder telling her my intention to travel?

Note that I'm self sponsored.

I wonder if a personal home and rental residential home all valued at NGN160M by a licensed valuer is enough home ties for fam of 3 ?..plus other lands. Hav a real estate business.

Hi!
It depends on the duration of your programme. You should be able to acquire enough or acceptable language skills at the end of a two-year programme.

Besides, I think one can decide (if criteria are met) to move to other provinces after PGWP. Dig online to confirm this info, but I think so.

Why not leave your family behind to join you later, so you can maximize your chances. Or part of family goes with you. Unless you have stronger home ties.

All the best!
Blessings!

Thank you very much.

Well, Quebec has a special PR program for their graduates but you must have worked in the province for a year and you need a FRENCH exam.

However, you can as well move to another province to work after graduation.

PLS HELP: STUDY QUESTION ABOUT MONTREAL

Please I applied for MENG program in Uni Concordia already. I didn't know it's Quebec where French is official language.
Now I have a serious double mind. I applied to other schools as well. I intend on making this trip with family. And want PGWP and PR
after studies.

WILL I BE ABLE TO ACHIEVE MY POST-STUDY GOALS IN QUEBEC WITHOUT FRENCH LANGUAGE SKILLS ?

Thanks

Quick question please, will an 18-month-old baby need to do medicals as an accompanying dependent for a study permit? Trying to book upfront medicals for my wife and me, and we have a child of 18 months.

Thank you very much for this. I think i might have to hire an expert.

A unique case indeed. Well from my little knowledge you can always show all your academics credential since you are heading for a Master Degree in your new field. For your home tie your investment property are really good as one but you need to convince and show the VO whom will be handling your application why you need to take your wife and child on this trip. In light of your finance be ready to show surplus rather than accuracy or shortage of fund so the VO won’t think you investing virtually all your earning on this. Ensure the surplus is a reasonable amount and stress further to show how you wil be making reasonable amount while you in Canada for your study with your family. However you will need to show a tie of what you can never jettison like your aged parent and your company.. I believe with a solid ground and well drafted SOP you should have an edge.

Hi everyone.

I have been following this thread since December and i am grateful i did. I have learned so much.

Please i need an advice regarding my unique case.

I have an accountancy degree obtained in 2014

For which i did my nysc between 2017 and 2018

I enrolled for a second bsc degree computer science in 2016 , graduated 2020 .

I was already an arts student when i discovered my passion for software. That's why i went for the cs degree

Now my issue :

I sought and got admission at ITD Canada to study web development in 2017. Applied for visa and was denied in 2018. Refusal reason, purpose of travel.

I DID NOT DISCLOSE ANY COMPLETED AND ONGOING ACADEMIC ACHIEVEMENTS LISTED ABOVE.

I Simply used my waec result to get the admission and to also apply for study permit.

The fact that i hold an accounting degree, studying CS in second year, doing nysc between 2017 & 2018....i skipped it all.

I thought it would not make sense going for a cert program in web development with an accounting degree. Or going for that while studying CS. I mainly enrolled in CS to learn programming. I was not getting this that's why i decided to look elsewhere.

After i was rejected, i sought admission to study software engineering at Greenwich University/fpt Vietnam. I got the admission and visa but later cancelled the trip because our newly registered real-estate company was developing it's first rental property and i needed to be on ground to supervise the project.

CURRENTLY :

I am married with a child. Wife is studying Mass Com, will graduate in few months.

I applied to two schools in Canada for masters in software engineering. I intend to make this trip with my family.

Now my question is does the above scenario count as misrepresentation ?. How do i navigate through this ?

I want to make a watertight application even intend on doing medicals in advance. Please i need serious help.

And ,

in terms of home ties i have a real estate entity. Been dealing in undeveloped lands since 2015. Developed first rental property in 2019 . Like very modern property 8 flats land title in my name... and also have a personal duplex of a year old.. would this count as sufficient home tie for family of 3 ?
