Abeg Sheva was past his prime when he signed for chelsea. A peak Sheva woulda cost you lot £50M no more no less.
Also Drogba scored 19 league goals each in the previous two seasons before he signed for chelsea. Taking into account that he was playing in an InferiorLigue One, I say yes Aguero should cost more.

A peak Forlan scored 16 and 32 league goals in the previous two season compared to the 17 and 19 a young Aguero scored. Not forgetting that Aguero plays behind Forlan(Second striker).

Dude has scored 17 and 19 league goals in the last two years in La Liga. Put him in a chelsea shirt where he would be surrounded by better players and we are talking 20 league goals guaranteed.
Though I agree £40M is too much but by the same token £20M is too little considering that Likes of Drogba and Sheva cost £24M and £30M respectively(No way would Milan have accepted £30M for a peak Sheva).

I have no doubt in my mind that Aguero is Indeed the more talented player and by the time their respective careers come to an end more people would remember Aguero than Higuain but as of now, Hiuguain is the better player.

You are probably right though, If he were on a better team he'll score a hat full of goals. Heck if the likes of Defoe, Tevez,Bent can score 20 league goals, so can Aguero. I won't pay more than £25M to acquire his services.
