GK's Not WorldClass but certainly good enough
RB - Brown would be a capable deputy if Glen fails to make it
LB - A.Cole is probably the world's best however if he fails to make it either of Warnock or Baines would do a good solid job. They've both had better seasons than Bridge.
CB- Form is temporary, Class is permanent. I'm backing J.T to regain his form and Rio his Fitness.Besides the German team who came in 3rd place had no Worldclass CB.
RW - Lennon would cause many teams problems with his pace and Moderate Skills
MF- Gerrard & Lamps need little Intro. Gareth Barry would do a good enough Job protecting the back four(Hagreaves won't make it)
ST- Rooney(Nuff said) & Heskey(Check my last post for my opinion on heskey)

RB = Glen Johnson(would be back from injury) or Wes Brown
LB = Ashley Cole(back from injury) or Stephen Warnock

Striker = Emile Heskey( All of England's best one off performances this decade have had one thing in common, Emile Heskey!!!)

I Blame the lack of quality signings from both the Juve and Milan board.
As you can see, all it took is for Dinho to regain his form and bang Milan are challenging Inter.
All Milan, Juve and I'll add Roma need is 2 or 3 top notch signings and Inter would be relegated back to their support role.

Inter has always been a disgrace to Italian Football when it comes to european football so I'm not really that suprised.

Physicality and the Art of defence is sadly on the decline in Serie A.
That's why semi flops like Ibra scored 25 league goals in his last season.
BTW, those so called 'butchers' were excellent defenders/players unlike the ones in the premier league.

HL comes across to me as a movie 'critics' and movie snubs love to embrace (there's usually one movie a year) but it just makes no sense. There isn't that x-factor, ground-shattering characteristic, that zing . . . just like "There will be blood", the movie had some good elements but overall, no big deal at all. Well just my little opinion.

I can't fully explain why they had to wait for their last match but I think the coach should take a huge portion of the blame.
Also considerinf that was pratically the same team Sven took to 3 consecutive quarterfinals and were unlucky to loose two of those games.
With Fabio onboard, I see this team reaching the Semis. Anything else should be considered a bonus.
I dread to think of the damage the likes of Gerrard,Lampard,Rooney & Lennon would do the Manschaaft's Defence .
