my candid advice is that
1)you need to draw up a bugdet which will be based on your income*never spend beyond your means else you maydie an untimely death*

2)you are the head, sit down with your wife explain the situation of things to her but dont pressurize her.let her know you are going through crises. how she has to help you.brainstorm on what she can do successfully which you must be ready to supervize.look a cheap alternative schools(see what our government is putting us thru many of our parents never had to go expensive schools to get educated they all went to governments schoools)when you come out of the crises u can put them back.

3)do not compete with anybody.set your own pace.unhealthy rivalry can be very harmful. would be bad to thing to sell your properties to survive

4)prayerfully consider this issues with her on a daiily basis.
