Is this a joke? a nitemare and u will tell us later it was all a dream? That's why I said in my earlier post that I don't drive in Naija, damn!! |
Cool, it is good to know what each Port did. Thanks for the edumacation. ![]() |
^^ lol, When u live across the Oceans u see that the black man is always at constant war with the Police, so everything is said in code. So they say "hot stuff, hot stuff, get it b4, 5.0 comes" translates - get it before Police comes, lol. Naija is still the best - nothing like living in ure father's land no matter what. |
Around the hood where I live, when somebody says they are selling "hot stuff", it means they are selling stolen items, just an FYI. ![]() So folks rush to get it for cheap. So that is the code word. |
Siena, u should be in the car business yourself, pre oredring cars for customers and getting paid, u are too good to sit on the sidelines. |
I found a real clean Tokunbo for you with ure budget, honest!, maybe u will have to put in a little bit more money. I'm sure it can pre ordered, lol.
|
^^ just curious, Some cars are shipped to the Apapa Wharf, does it make a difference when it goes to Tin Can? |
You can get a 2007 Toyota Camry Toks with little mileage and clean VIN ![]() That is what I was told by the guy who knows the guy that knows the guy that lives down there. ![]() In all seriousness, maybe a problematic golf, then u can fix it up ureself - just make sure it has only body problems not electrical problems. |
what is the Mileage, I'm not expecting a VIN, but at least mileage. |
Looks nice, entrepreneurships, that's a good thing.Folks trying to make clean money in a clean way. Keep it up. |
T Touch I don't know how it is deleted ooo, Just modify on the subject line - "Moderators plez delete post" and maybe they can delete it for you and take out your phone number from the posts if it is still there. sorry ooo, I wish I can help more.! congrats once more on ure sale, |
Congrats T-Touch. |
@ German is so tempting that he will make you want to buy 10 different cars at the same time, cos they all look fantabulous!, U are a real salesman!Hopefully I can follow up with u very soon. Happy sales. |
Well, NL is still the best kept secret in buying cars, where Naija dealers go about doing their work diligently, which is rare cos most associate Naija with "419" and not many people can say they have been scammed by the top dealers here, if any. So folks should read the VINS, what moderators can monitor is to make sure that fake VINs or wrong VINS don't get posted, and if they do, it gets deleted and the person who did so should get banned, cos that will be fraud. I can't wait to get my car soon, and make my friends believers in NL Pre orders, cos they don't. They all still believe that pre ordering cars to Naija is a "419" scam and folks who claimed that it was done for them are part of the scam, to get others to be scamed. ![]() |
If one buys an already shipped and cleared car from Tin Can without knowing that it was stolen, what happens to the new owner? Will they get arrested by British or American or European police who may be still looking for the car? Can they even find a stolen car once it leaves their western soil? |
Hmmm, I know how to weed out accident/salvaged cars, but how do I know when a stolen car is being sold on NL, please tell me, I need to know. Thanks. |
^^^ well, I can drive , I learnt to drive a long time ago, I own a sweet Toyota Highlander, so driving is not a problem, However, like I said, I can't drive on Naija roads, too scary for me, since I live in the USA, I don't have problem with the scare factor, most folks here obey road signs, but when I come back for vacay in Naija, I prefer not to drive myself. |
Congrats to @ T Touch for the pre sale. lol @ German, I was just teasing him, he is my man! (in business that is ).I can't drive on Naija roads, women who drive Naija roads are tough, especially women based overseas who come back and drive. I will have to hire a driver if I am to drive in Naija, I depend on America's Red, Yellow, and Green traffic signs, nice roads, and highway signs to operate smoothly around here, lol. ![]() And the car has to have automatic transmission, |
@ German ![]() How about buy me the Golf as a trusted customer to be. |
@ German, u can get any car you want from ure sources as a dealer of dealers, and one of the Kings of pre orders, so, why do you need this Golf and even want to buy it and even pay half and half like the rest of us mere mortals? |
Switchman, no worries, I will still inform folks that the car is on sale on Nairaland for 500k Naira, I wish I can buy it from u but I am currently buying a Toks very soon hopefully. But I am still reccomending the car, that red alone is a draw!! ![]() |
^^ car biz full of snakes, y'all know each other's acumen lol, lying , swinding, fake odo reading, bribing of mechanics, etc ![]() |
Fhemmmy, lol, u are too much. Those school buses are cracking me up, Happy sales. |
Funny how last December when I had a buyer lined up u wanted to sell it for 550k, and claimed u will not remove a kobo, oh well, now it is back to 500k. My buyer has moved on, but happy sales to you, ![]() |
German I am amazed as I still try to decide what to pre order from you, You make some of us have hope that we can afford something decent at a competitive rate. I like the 1999 C- class job you did here. Did that include shipping and clearing? Give me pre-order quotes on these (Include purchase, shipping, clearing) 1999 E Class E320 2000 E Class E320 2001 E Class E320 Thanks. |
That even looks like a manufacturer's picture than the real car picture. ![]() |
Thanks German, I'm thinking that if I pre order a 1998 M Class ML 320, it will come thru Cotounou and not Lagos, due to the age of the car. How safe is it these days for a car coming thru Cotonou, with all the border patrol and impounding of cars by the guards? And if it is to be registered can it be taken to Lagos and registered first b4 transported to my door step? Or maybe I will pre order a 2000 ML 320, if the price is right! - making it Tin Can bound instead. Also how readily available are the parts to find in Nigeria for this car, and is it affordable to maintain? and can it handle Naija roads without the driver having to go to the mechanic all the time? What is the resale value of these cars in Naija? Is it preferable to get a manual or automatic for this ride? @ Sienna, thanks for the 'v6, v8' explanation. ![]() Take care. |
Those Landrovers were sweet! How do u make it so affordable? Hope the deal comes back again in the future. What is your pre order price for these - lowest price (purchase, shipping and clearing) 1998 Mercedez Benz M Class ML320 1999 Mercedez Benz M Class ML 430 2000 Mercedez Benz M Class ML 320 What is the difference between the 320 vs 430? Thanks. |
Thanks German, 2002-2003 Camrys don't have much differences then unlike the 2000/2001 that look different from the 2002/20003. ok bro, take care. |
Mr. German, I always love reading your threads Can you tell me if there is any difference in body or interior between a 2002 Toyota Camry and a 2003 Toyota Camry, are they the same generation?. Thanks. |
Fhemmmy, Is there a physical difference between a 2002 Toyota Camry LE and a 2003 Toyota Camry LE? Also, is there a difference between a sunroof and a moonroof. Also how does an average man know how much a car will be cleared for when it arrives Tin Can/Apapa, does the shipping company the person used to ship provide that piece of information or we have to guess or start asking shipping agents on this website or elsewhere, assuming the person wants to use a non custom agent to clear it? Thanks. |
Adexfem, is clearing a car that came thru container more expensive than clearing a car that came thru Ro Ro, assuming that it is the same type of car? Or are the clearing prices the same? |
