I just saw your post about the visa officer and I quickly went to check my Gcms notes and he was the one that refused my application in August.

The reason of the refusal was that is.my study a reasonable expense for my dads company to pay. Proof of funds was in excess. 4 bank statements was submitted with excess of 30,000$ in each of them. I was surprised but it is what it is

My agent said that they asked for updated bank statements. But she didn't provide any letter. I had to send another mybankvisastatement of the accounts to them. After that, I have been sending webforms and emails, no response yet.
Is this pattern normal?

Please I want to order for my gcms note. My application is taking too much time. I got BVL letter August 11, one week later was told to send my bank statements again. After that, nothing else, no update
Please I need a reliable source to order my notes. I tried to use gcmsonline.com, is that a legit source before I pay

It's a business account. Money leaves and enters the account so it's not just a one time case. So yes the closing balance may not be the same but it's evident that money is coming and leaving the account. But my dad's personal bank statement is still the same, no money has been removed. It's just the company's own that's fluctuating

Yes I have paid my first semester tuition. There is no lump sum bit I submitted business accounts so there is regular inflow and outflow of cash.

I submitted my study permit application on May 5th, got NSE request and I submitted my IELTS and 4 mybankvisastatement account. Till date, I haven't gotten any reply.
Am going for a Masters of Nursing program at Thompson Rivers University and classes begin on September 7. That's approximately a month from now. I'm very worried. Will I be able to meet up or will I have to defer. Next deferral date is September 2022(dats too far). My agent has sent emails to Nairobi office (or at least that's what she tells me).
I want to personally send a mail to parliament member of my school province. Please is this a wise decision?. Are there any consequences to this action. If I tell my agent, her answer will be No. But am actually worried and confused.

But why do they refuse people with nursing background?. This is scaring me but God is by my side.

First and foremost I want to thank God almighty because I knew he’d come thru for me but he over exceeded all my expectations and still gave me jara!!
I never knew that the time when I’d testify was around the corner.
Funny thing was that I drafted my testimony and timeline yesterday evening and behold it became a reality!

Refusal letter: January 27th 2020

Second application;
Submitted: May 18th 2020
Refusal: September 30th 2020

(Employment prospect)
(personal assets and financial status)

At this point I was heart broken to the core because most Monikers in my batch have already moved to Canada.. it was depressing.
So I just took a looonnggggg break!!!! And decided to refire!!

Third and final application;
Submitted: March 23rd 2021
I didn’t get NSE req cause I submitted everything at once
Medicals done: April 21st 2021
Medicals passed: May 14th 2021
When I went redo my medicals in April because the last one done in 2019 had already expired.. I met someone that I saw in 2019 who works there and surprisingly he recognized me and asked what I’m doing here
I said for medicals oo he laughed and told me not to come back here again and when I was going back home he said; who laughs last laughs best .. I really felt that honestly

I ordered my notes May 3 and it came June 2 empty!!
I said I wasn’t going to order any notes again

To us waiting for PPR, God is in our neighbourhood and we will receive our love letter very soon.

In my opinion, Nursing should even be allowed by IRCC bc the profession is regulated and it's not easy to work as a nurse if you are foreign trained, so they should expect you to do your program and go back to your country since it's not easy to transcend into the nursing job market as a student. However, in the same school, I have friends studying nursing but they are few. Hopefully, by God's grace I will receive a positive news

I will advise you pursue a different discipline cos visa wont be issued as long as you are an international not in canada using a nursing admission to enter canada. It will not work as long as you are an international not presently in Canada.[/quote]

I applied for my study permit on May 5th 2021 using an agent. She applied for visa for two people I know of and they are currently in Canada so I was at peace.
Having browsed through this platform, I found out about Family Information form and having to fill out the section of your brothers and sisters. Through out filling my Visa application, she never asked me for my siblings name, date of birth so I got worried. But she did ask for details of my parents ie their name, dob and occupation. I called her today and she said that she didn't fill out anything on siblings. That it's not necessary.
I am actually worried now. What's the implication of this?. In my letter of explanation, under my hometies section, I listed all my siblings and their names to show proof of home ties.
Please advice me on what to do now.
