searider:WySE is actually the best bet for me... It's been tested and trusted! Although personal jacking with the Study packs help a lot. At least I used that method for Foundation and Intermediate in 2012 and cleared in one sitting. ![]() |
Intrepid01:Have U checked ur score online? |
Dereformer:I wonder why people deceive themselves writing 6 papers irrespective of their tight schedule... Imagine people writing the 5 papers in Professional Level in addition to meeting tight deadlines while at work. I'm glad I wrote only 3 in Professional Level and cleared all 3 even if the scores were marginal (50 - 56) despite the fact that I was expecting nothing less than 70. Anyways, it's 3 down... SFM to go! |
olatricia:Please add me on 08034979729. I need to pass SFM too... ![]() |
Keziehenry:There's nothing like PE1 and PE2 anymore... You'll have 4 papers to write in Skills Level and 5 papers in Professional Level. Please go to www.ican-ngr.org for more details on the courses. U'll need to budget approximately N50,000 for the exemptions, N50,000 for the 4 papers, and another N50,000 for lectures. (N150,000 is an estimate but it should be more). |
Intrepid01:My dear... Are you ready to part away with N50,000 for re-marking ur script? |
Please, I know someone suffering from renal failure. A doctor said he got it through blood transfusion (as the blood transfused into him was not properly screened). Is this possible? |
Good Morning, Please, I'm in dire need of your help. Could you please help me check if this car is accidented? The VIN is 5TDZA23C76S443418. Jah bless. |

HONOURABLE DINO MELAYE WROTE: Dear Umaru Musa Yar'Adua, when you were around we called you: The BAD one. The SLOW ONE. The SICK ONE. Yes, you were sick, in fact, sick all through your administration. We all cried for your resignation at the height of your sickness. Cursing you, your first lady and your supporters (The first set of Cabals). Asking you to die if you want to die and allow the man with all the Goodluck in this world to lead us. We forgot that even though you were sick, you were the first Governor to have ever declared his assets publicly and you remained the only President in the history of Nigeria to have ever declare his assets publicly. We conveniently forgot that even though you were gravely sick you were the first president to ever reduced the price of petrol in Nigeria, (From N75 to N70 and later from N70 to N65) and the economy did not collapse like the present leaders are making us believe. You even reversed the sale of our refineries. We forgot that you didn't afflict yourself with your sickness and so could do very little about it. But we still insisted that you just have to go, so that Nigeria can finally have her chance with Goodluck. We forgot that even though you were terminally ill, you still succeeded in solving the Niger Delta crisis which you didn't cause, but you found a solution. And even crushed d first Boko Haram uprising and caught its leader. You gave us rule of Law, Ameachi reclaimed his mandate as Rivers governor, Andy Uba lost in court and was removed as Anambra State's Governor. Oni lost in Ekiti and was removed, Agagu lost in Ondo and was removed, Osunbor lost in Edo and was removed even though they are all members of your party (PDP). Now we have seen what a healthy president has done with the country. His Excellency President Umaru Musa Yar'Adua, may your Soul Rest in Perfect Peace. We will forever remember you and your leadership. Sincerely, "like this post" and share Around If you sincerely Care for the New Change IN Nigeria. |
It'll be a waste of time if y'all keep brooding about the high level of corruption and nepotism in the country because there are so many gainfully employed graduates who do NOT know anyone. Go to God in prayers and hit d Streets! I did same and it paid off. |
Date a man for 6 years without a job then U'd understand the true meaning of POVERTY!!!.. Initially, you may see no harm in it but when years begin to go by, Abeg. It becomes very frustrating! LET'S FACE REALITY. |
curiouses: Thanks.... this really helped.U can begin lectures now (July-October) since U're almost done with School so U could have enough time to study in preparation for May 2015 Diet (if ur result wouldn't be out b4 November). |
curiouses: Good day all, I am a final year student of Agricultural and Biosystems Engineering. I am so much interested in taking ICAN exam as I am about to graduate ( if not a graduate already). Please where do I start from? Detailed information about how to go about writing ICAN exam during my service year would be appreciated. Should similar question has been asked before, kindly provide me a link to it.I also advised my younger brother to do same. U'd begin from Knowledge (4papers cos U wld be exempted from QT) --> Intermediate --> 6 papers --> Professional --> 5 papers. U shld go along with d original n photocopies of ur result at least 1 month to d exam for ur exemption to be granted. It's quite a lengthy one. Please use this link for more details--> http://icanig.org/ican/article.php?id=16 |
adetunrayo: what about iyana ipaja area? Why not go to WySE, Maryland? |
platodeen: I never attended lectures though, but being d 2nd time 2 write PE1,I studied hard. I answered d questions quite satisfiably in MA n FA. But it's annoying 2 score just a little above 30 in all except IT where I scored 52. Can any1 in d house share other dimensions which ICAN use in marking. Because obviously, I cannot correlate my score with what did . pls advise n share oooiiMy Dear, I do not even know too sef. And to think that when I wrote PE1, I thought I wld score at least 70% but I narrowly escaped scoring between 50 - 52. I think they seriously tighten up giving out marks. What I've been made to believe is this: If U're sure of getting like 50-60% after an exam, that paper would most likely be a failure. |
GoodBoi1: 4.99?! Is that possible in federal universities? 4.99?! I guess the standards are different. My friend had 5.0 CGPA in Unilag. M.Sc Genetics. (I think) |
coolestboy: Thanks a lot man, u just did a great job. But, i thought any graduate of accounting, economics and business admin wil start from PE1? How true is that?I'm a graduate of B.Sc Economics & MBA Accounting yet I started from Foundation (now Knowledge level). Had an exemption only in Economics. Only Accounting graduates are lucky when it comes to exemptions (as they usually begin from PE 1) but trust me, in d PE1 lectures I attended, those who started from Foundation or ATS have greater advantage over fresh accounting graduates. |
coolestboy: Thanks a lot brother.ATS 1 (4 papers) --> ATS 2 (4 papers) --> ATS 3 (4 Papers)--> Application Level (4 papers) --> Professional Level (5 papers). D fees marginally keep increasing with about N3,500 in each level & Of course, U need to pay for each Level. Abeg no fear O. I started from Foundation with my B.Sc and now I'm heading for d Professional Level... It's a Phase but determination is of paramount importance. |
xtervaganza: see him dry head like St Louis sugar pack And you call that one healthy bmi?I've laughed myself out this morning! U get bad mouth sha... |
coolestboy: Hi bro, which level wil i start from as a graduate and how much wil it cost me?U'd begin from ATS 1. Their exam comes up March & September every year. This year's exam is slated for September 16th & 17th. U'd need to pay registration fees- N6k before paying for exams. Exam fee is N20,750 for 4 papers. U can go to ICAN website to find out more details. @Bastien This post wld also be important to U... |
bastien: .bros no vex, I wanna know how I can register as an undergraduate, thanksUse ur WAEC result to apply. Check ICAN website for the necessary steps. But U must have at least 5 credits (English & Maths inclusive) at one sitting. Good Luck! |
Maximus17: Chic baby, is this youu? U jst Hibernated all these while, hope it went well?My dear Maxie, my hibernating paid off. At least I cleared PE1. U've gone off BBM bah? Gimme ur new pin pls. |
Assalaam: Pls house, I need serious advise. I heard from someone that I can for my script to be rewieved. I sat for the last diet examination and was given 46, 47 and 43 in all the three papers. Its just can't and I felt there is no harm in trying if seriously they are questionable. Just want mature advise and how to go about it if truly its possible. ThanksSee, it's possible but you have to pay 50k for each paper to be reviewed and I can assure you that never has it been heard in the history of ICAN that a reviewed paper was their fault. I'd advise you to re-write the papers with every zeal so you can clear them this time around. When the Pathfinders are out, you will see your mistakes. |
boofydon: Pls do you have soft copies for the materials one can use to prepare for foundation and intermediate. d ones i downloaded from the site aint openingMy Dear. I do not have. I have only hard copies... U need to get the materials from a Tutor house. That should be the best place. |
Maximus17: MA and IT was so on point...FA though not as tough as last diet, didn't expect that kinda question set, twas more of theory than calculation,AAA was tecnical esp the subjective aspect buh was generally okay. We cannot say twas all simple until the results are out, letz jst keep our fingers crossed and hope in God for a testimonyTrue. Amen Dear. Amen. ![]() |
Maximus17: Attended lectures at ehibram(Egbeda area)....I wrote PE 1 after passin BCRM in may(013) diet! What paper did u find most and least challenging during last(Nov) dietPls, how good is this "Ehibram", what are the lecture hours like? |
Maximus17: Attended lectures at ehibram(Egbeda area)....I wrote PE 1 after passin BCRM in may(013) diet! What paper did u find most and least challenging during last(Nov) diet |
don cassey: hi guys, i dreamt i passed ican twice, now the third dream says i fail. What does dat impliesMy dear, I believe u are just anxious. Keep praying and trusting God like Maximus said. The result will be out in a few days.... |
Maximus17: Likewise buh started from ATS 1,hoping this exam would turn out to b a success!Did u write PE 1? And which Centre did u receive lectures? Never attended lectures until PE 1. Started PE 1 at WYSE anyways. |
