What about the citizens who are the unfortunate victims of this sleaze?
When they get the opportunity to make a change to the entire system via the ballot, they all of a sudden remember with so much passion what tribes they are and what religions they adhere to... Hence the vicious cycle continues...

That's the sad truth about the Nigerian state! We're not getting it right - in our country right now; what a sad situation.
