It is not Obi that should send back the money to you. Your bank and the receipient bank should collobarate to do the reversal.

Where was your mind when the name of the receipient was displayed?

Btw, how much is it? Why is he hiding the amount he sent?
thats was why he needed a court order, it will be serve on the recipient bank to debit the account should any money be found in it at anytime.

This is an epistle of ignorance!

Your solution can only be admissible in an environment where the security is effective and independent.... anything other than that is an exercise is futility!

Even those who claim to be genuine suppliers can be compromised hence there is a need for police enforcement to remind them about the grave consequences of breaking the law!

If handing them to the police is not the goal so how do you intend to arrest, prosecute and jail defaulters to serve as a deterrent to others?

How can you institute community policing without the permission of the law enforcement agencies like the police or the modification of the present centralized system of policing as contained in the 1999 constitution?

Unless you are advocating that the vigilante setup by the traders will start performing the functions or duties of the police which is clearly unorthodox and another case of ignorance on your part!

Try to understand or make inquires of how your constitution and present system of security functions before engaging in an issue you know little of! u

Like I said before, you are clearly naive!
arrest, prosecute and jail term as being the modus operandi as far as decades ... yet as it deter cime or stop people from venturing into crime

You are the one positing police are not effective, they are corrupt and easily free criminals ... which necessitate we must "thinking outside the box"

For a second can you delete the police in your head, and stop going off point

i have proffered my own solution, you can go on ranting 1 million reasons why nothing can work, well thats the mentality of average Nigerians. ciao

U are still being incredibly and stubbornly naive and it's so glaring!

You talk as if you are in a country where policing is effective and independent of any external influence!

Do you think those who supply these fake and counterfeit drugs don't have the indirect backing of authorities @ aso rock?
Why do you think that despite the efforts of agencies like nafdac, the supply of fake drugs keep increasing?

Do you think these same store owners do not have an associate that have setup several vigilantes to either reduce or wipe out fake drugs from that market or other markets where this heinous crimes are committed?

When you setup a vigilante and they arrest the said perpetrators of the fake drugs, won't the vigilante hand them over to the same corrupt policemen who would free them after a call from authorities above their paycheck?

The same policemen who released these criminals will be bribed to further reveal those who have exposed their fraudulent activities!

What you are advocating is no different from the SW security setup which is amotekun aka the regional vigilante!
However, the same security vigilante do not have the power to arrest or prosecute or even kill....hence, perpetrators are handed over to the same policemen!
Isn't that why despite the efforts of the south western security setup amotekun, criminality continues unabated?

The question you should be asking is how can our policing system be made independent and effective to curb criminality while the judiciary is strengthen to give a speedy judgement and sentencing to criminals who have been proclaimed guilty?
Seems one of us is talking at a level above the other IQ grade

Yeah ! these criminals have connection and might even have support in white house

But what is product/goods without market ... read it till it sinks.

like i said product without market... if Nafdac can operate in a way that turns genuine sellers against fake sellers these will yield better result in no time

Back 2 my narrative for the last time, if we selling genuine drugs in ikeja knows Nafdac will come after fake sellers in our market will get our shops locked up .. we will be on alert and make sure our market doesn't become a haven for fake sellers .... community policing works better
Handing them over to the police is not the goal cheesy ... ousting criminals from the market is the big goal, sellers know themselves so they can easily frustrate bad eggs out

You see make i mention police please no mention police again

Stop being naive with this stale narrative!
That can only happen in saner climes where there is an effective policing system and an unbiased judiciary!

Which citizen in Nigeria will expose a crime to the police knowing that the same enforcement agency will expose them to the criminals?

Is this not the same country where a criminal is arrested and later on,a call from a higher authority is made....48 hours later, that same criminal is released!

Oga,Civic responsibility can only be a possibility in Nigeria when the citizens start believing that the police will not expose them to criminals and when our judicial system is unbiased in handing out appropriate punishment to perpetrators of crime to serve as a deterrent to others!
Naive you say, nobody knows it all anyways, You lack comprehension

i said what i said cos i dont believe in whistle blowing,

lemme explain in kidagarten form, what is more effective is to set people up as there own watch dog, if chidi selling genuine drug knows Nafdac will not spare his shop if they find is neighbour chinedu selling fake drug he will do everything to displace chinedu

Every market as an association he will go there nd ensure they throw chinedu out

what i just said is just like community vigilante, there are times residents come out to do viligante by themselves at night .... if robbers wont let them rest it works beta than police

Secondly should an agency as big a NAFDAC depend on gossips for its intel?
Gossips, tip off or whistle blown does it matter as long as intel is valid and criminals are apprehended,

its a minus to fake drugs in market why are you not happy undecided

That's still not a good enough reason to close down a store or stores that are unrelated to the affected stores selling counterfeit products!
True...some store owners know those stores into fake drugs and may have tried to inform the security agencies!
Unfortunately, the security may be involved with these fake drugs owners...
Moving forward, nafdac can institute a whistle blower policy that will expose those into fake drugs!
Nafdac dont have to institute a whistle blower policy, except you dont agree its people civil responsibility to report crime.

if i know chinedu opposite my chop deals in counterfeit and should task force come we will all suffer for it, wont i do everything to displace chinedu

Oga the most effective watchdog against counterfeit sellers will be there counterpart selling genuine product in the same market, cos they have a name to protect and a market they dont wana lose.

Actually the challenge was cause by two Epe men who were fighting each other to favor their community and no one noticed after the fight the need for Oga Obasa to stop after two terms , now the Islanders want to kukuma corner everything. The question we should ask, would the clerk write to the DSS for protection without notifying the speaker, because I am trying to rationalize the crocodile tears the speaker was crying. I think it is a deliberate plot to wither Jagaban's influence. It is even strange that the Party, the Gov and President is not in the know before the change of guard. All this does not seat down well with me .
Is it APc thats is new or is it Tinubu modus operandi that is strange to Nigeria why all these sheningans the presidency is unaware flying around. How ?? na today dem born us

Will the speaker invite the Dss to lock her out of her office, or you dont know her office and that of the deputy was sealed.
crocodile tears or alligator cry ... is it not embrassing and traumatising to watch some forces deny you entry to an office rightfully yours, if naa you, you go dey laugh or dance

Tinubu is always calculative, he needs all of them, he cant afford to lose more influence in Lagos, the party loyals want obasa out they gave him no choice than to consent

With the way our security agencies are run, there is no way Dss will make such move and presidency wont know about it, except you posit Tinubu's ineptitude or he is not in charge

If your neighbour is into crime, you know and did give him out are you not an accomplice already

Once the market get the message habitating criminals selling fake will bring trouble to all of them, they will sit up.

Crime is everywhere, police are limited and cant be everywhere, there the people are the best shot to gather intelligence and keep our environment safe.

Lets assume the acting clerk invited the Dss, upon arrival did the action of Dss depict they came to protect and maintain peace

what part of maintaining peace entails locking out the speaker and deputy speaker out of there offices was that on request by the clerk.

Is it not the same NE and NW that people are decamping to APC everyday grin. As a matter of fact, present APC under Tinubu has become even bigger and stronger than under Buhari. They say Buhari was the only one pulling APC together and after he leaves office, APC would split but today, the reverse is the case.
