@ eafa - Some few hours ago, I was able to speak with d owner of the over 103 acres of land quoted above. Like I told U wen we spoke on phone d last time U called, as at d close of sales in 2012, a plot was sold for N6m. The sales price was increased to N7.5m at the turn of this new year (this is d price it currently stand at as U read this). I told him I mentioned N7m to U & he said I shd tell U dat if U are ready, he wd be willing to sell to U at d N7m I told U.

For now, over 90 acres have been sold, with people already residing in this estate & more works of construction currently ongoing with each passing seconds.

Hoping to hear from U again & soonest.

Consult a lawyer friend of yours, if U'v got any. But if not, walk into d nearest Law Firm dat's close 2 U.

sureboy1: It is our marketing policy.The interest should be in the property first before the price, this is to avoid time wasters.Everybody knows what he wants, whoever needs it will ask, even without the price. THE NO OF VIEWS WILL CONFIRM HOW MANY PEOPLE HAVE CHECKED without any interest. It has always worked for us,the most important information is the size & location then price later, if eventually found suitable for the purpose. Any genuine interest will not mind mailing to confirm the price if truly are serious. Nobody will waste time calling to confirm price of property they don't need. Hiding the price will only ward off unserious interest(This is from experience).

Pls, do not see this as me trying to teach U wat 2 do wen U come to a public market to advertise what U'v got 2 sell. Do not also see me as trying 2 change d marketing policy of your company, especially since it's been working for U.

But me tink if U come 2 a public board (like Nairaland) 2 advertise a good or service, every relevant info must be brought 2 d fore - no need 2 hoard any of d info. Since from your experience you claim dat hiding the price will only ward off unserious interest, permit me 2 tell U dat revealing d price of a property will attract quality interest/attention. Once every info concerning a good 2 be sold is made revealed & calls begin 2 come in, U can be sure dat those calling in are doing so to fix a concrete appointment 4 inspection or dat they are calling in 2 see if they could negotiate d price of d property with U. This makes d contacts U receive from such displayed advert more serious.

Let's do wat is needful, except there are things we are not prepared to tell d ever curious public.
